This is the anointing-portion^H4888 of Aaron,^H175 and the anointing-portion^H4888 of his sons,^H1121 out of the offerings^H801 of Jehovah^H3068 made by fire,^H801 in the day^H3117 when he presented^H7126 them to minister unto Jehovah^H3068 in the priest's office;^H3547

But this is the covenant^H1285 that I will make^H3772 with the house^H1004 of Israel^H3478 after^H310 those days,^H3117 saith^H5002 Jehovah:^H3068 I will put^H5414 my law^H8451 in their inward parts,^H7130 and in their heart^H3820 will I write^H3789 it; and I will be their God,^H430 and they shall be my people:^H5971

Jesus^G2424 therefore^G3767 said^G3004 to^G4314 those^G4100 Jews^G2453 that had believed^G4100 him,^G846 If^G1437 ye^G5210 abide^G3306 in^G1722 my^G1699 word,^G3056 then are ye^G2075 truly^G230 my^G3450 disciples;^G3101

But^G1161 the Comforter,^G3875 [even] the Holy^G40 Spirit,^G4151 whom^G3739 the Father^G3962 will send^G3992 in^G1722 my^G3450 name,^G3686 he^G1565 shall teach^G1321 you^G5209 all things,^G3956 and^G2532 bring^G5279 to your^G5209 remembrance^G5279 all^G3956 that^G3739 I said^G2036 unto you.^G5213

Howbeit^G1161 when^G3752 he,^G1565 the Spirit of^G4151 truth,^G225 is come,^G2064 he shall guide^G3594 you^G5209 into^G1519 all^G3956 the truth:^G225 for^G1063 he shall^G2980 not^G3756 speak^G2980 from^G575 himself;^G1438 but^G235 what^G3745 things soever^G302 he shall hear,^G191 [these] shall he speak:^G2980 and^G2532 he shall declare^G312 unto you^G5213 the things^G3588 that are to come.^G2064

if so be that^G1489 ye heard^G191 him,^G846 and^G2532 were taught^G1321 in^G1722 him,^G846 even as^G2531 truth^G225 is^G2076 in^G1722 Jesus:^G2424

And for^G1223 this^G5124 cause^G1223 we^G2249 also^G2532 thank^G2168 God^G2316 without ceasing,^G89 that,^G3754 when ye received^G3880 from^G3844 us^G2257 the word^G3056 of the message, [even the word]^G3056 of God,^G2316 ye accepted^G1209 [it] not^G3756 [as] the word^G3056 of men,^G444 but,^G235 as^G2531 it is^G2076 in truth,^G230 the word^G3056 of God,^G2316 which^G3739 also^G2532 worketh^G1754 in^G1722 you^G5213 that^G3588 believe.^G4100

For^G3754 this^G3778 is the covenant^G1242 that^G3739 I will make^G1303 with the house^G3624 of Israel^G2474 After^G3326 those^G1565 days,^G2250 saith^G3004 the Lord;^G2962 I will^G1924 put^G1325 my^G3450 laws^G3551 into^G1519 their^G846 mind,^G1271 And^G2532 on^G1909 their^G846 heart^G2588 also will I write^G1924 them:^G846 And^G2532 I will be^G2071 to them^{G846 G1519} a God,^G2316 And^G2532 they^G846 shall be^G2071 to me^{G3427 G1519} a people:^G2992

For^G1063 we did^G1811 not^G3756 follow^G1811 cunningly devised^G4679 fables,^G3454 when we made known^G1107 unto you^G5213 the power^G1411 and^G2532 coming^G3952 of^G2962 our^G2257 Lord^G2962 Jesus^G2424 Christ,^G5547 but^G235 we were^G1096 eyewitnesses^G2030 of^G3168 his^G1565 majesty.^G3168

And^G2532 now,^G3568 [my] little children,^G5040 abide^G3306 in^G1722 him;^G846 that,^G2443 if^G3752 he shall be manifested,^G5319 we may have^G2192 boldness,^G3954 and^G2532 not^G3361 be ashamed^G153 before^G575 him^G846 at^G1722 his^G846 coming.^G3952

for^G1223 the truth's sake^G225 which^G3588 abideth^G3306 in^G1722 us,^G2254 and^G2532 it shall be^G2071 with^G3326 us^G2257 for^G1519 ever:^G165
