And Sihon^H5511 would not suffer^H5414 Israel^H3478 to pass^H5674 through his border:^H1366 but Sihon^H5511 gathered^H622 all his people^H5971 together,^H622 and went out^H3318 against^H7125 Israel^H3478 into the wilderness,^H4057 and came^H935 to Jahaz;^H3096 and he fought^H3898 against Israel.^H3478

Rise ye up,^H6965 take your journey,^H5265 and pass over^H5674 the valley^H5158 of the Arnon:^H769 behold,^H7200 I have given^H5414 into thy hand^H3027 Sihon^H5511 the Amorite,^H567 king^H4428 of Heshbon,^H2809 and his land;^H776 begin^H2490 to possess^H3423 it, and contend^H1624 with him in battle.^H4421

and shall say^H559 unto them, Hear,^H8085 O Israel,^H3478 ye draw nigh^H7131 this day^H3117 unto battle^H4421 against your enemies:^H341 let not your heart^H3824 faint;^H7401 fear^H3372 not, nor tremble,^H2648 neither be ye affrighted^H6206 at them;^H6440

Ye shall not need to fight^H3898 in this^H2063 [battle]: set^H3320 yourselves, stand^H5975 ye still, and see^H7200 the salvation^H3444 of Jehovah^H3068 with you, O Judah^H3063 and Jerusalem;^H3389 fear^H3372 not, nor be dismayed:^H2865 to-morrow^H4279 go out^H3318 against^H6440 them: for Jehovah^H3068 is with you.

Fear^H3372 not; for I am with thee: I will bring^H935 thy seed^H2233 from the east,^H4217 and gather^H6908 thee from the west;^H4628
