For thou wilt save^H3467 the afflicted^H6041 people;^H5971 But the haughty^H7311 eyes^H5869 thou wilt bring down.^H8213

Jehovah^H3068 of hosts^H6635 is with us; The God^H430 of Jacob^H3290 is our refuge.^{H4869 H5542}

Every one that is proud^H1362 in heart^H3820 is an abomination^H8441 to Jehovah:^H3068 [Though] hand^H3027 [join] in hand,^H3027 he shall not be unpunished.^H5352

And seven^H7651 women^H802 shall take hold^H2388 of one^H259 man^H376 in that day,^H3117 saying,^H559 We will eat^H398 our own bread,^H3899 and wear^H3847 our own apparel:^H8071 only let us be called^H7121 by thy name;^H8034 take thou away^H622 our reproach.^H2781

but Jehovah^H3068 of hosts^H6635 is exalted^H1361 in justice,^H4941 and God^H410 the Holy^H6918 One is sanctified^H6942 in righteousness.^H6666

And it shall come to pass in that day,^H3117 that the root^H8328 of Jesse,^H3448 that standeth^H5975 for an ensign^H5251 of the peoples,^H5971 unto him shall the nations^H1471 seek;^H1875 and his resting-place^H4496 shall be glorious.^H3519

And in that day^H3117 shall ye say,^H559 Give thanks^H3034 unto Jehovah,^H3068 call^H7121 upon his name,^H8034 declare^H3045 his doings^H5949 among the peoples,^H5971 make mention^H2142 that his name^H8034 is exalted.^H7682

Yet thou shalt be brought down^H3381 to Sheol,^H7585 to the uttermost parts^H3411 of the pit.^H953

And it shall come to pass in that day,^H3117 that Jehovah^H3068 will punish^H6485 the host^H6635 of the high ones^H4791 on high,^H4791 and the kings^H4428 of the earth^H127 upon the earth.^H127

In that day^H3117 shall this song^H7892 be sung^H7891 in the land^H776 of Judah:^H3063 we have a strong^H5797 city;^H5892 salvation^H3444 will he appoint^H7896 for walls^H2346 and bulwarks.^H2426

And it shall come to pass in that day,^H3117 that Jehovah^H3068 will beat off^H2251 [his fruit] from the flood^H7641 of the River^H5104 unto the brook^H5158 of Egypt;^H4714 and ye shall be gathered^H3950 one^H259 by one,^H259 O ye children^H1121 of Israel.^H3478

And in that day^H3117 shall the deaf^H2795 hear^H8085 the words^H1697 of the book,^H5612 and the eyes^H5869 of the blind^H5787 shall see^H7200 out of obscurity^H652 and out of darkness.^H2822

Whom hast thou defied^H2778 and blasphemed?^H1442 and against whom hast thou exalted^H7311 thy voice^H6963 and lifted up^H5375 thine eyes^H5869 on high?^H4791 [even] against the Holy One^H6918 of Israel.^H3478

Therefore my people^H5971 shall know^H3045 my name:^H8034 therefore [they shall know] in that day^H3117 that I am he that doth speak;^H1696 behold, it is I.

Is my heritage^H5159 unto me as a speckled^H6641 bird^H5861 of prey? are the birds^H5861 of prey against her round about?^H5439 go^H3212 ye, assemble^H622 all the beasts^H2416 of the field,^H7704 bring^H857 them to devour.^H402

Behold, I am against thee, O thou proud^H2087 one, saith^H5002 the Lord,^H136 Jehovah^H3069 of hosts;^H6635 for thy day^H3117 is come,^H935 the time^H6256 that I will visit^H6485 thee.

For in my jealousy^H7068 and in the fire^H784 of my wrath^H5678 have I spoken,^H1696 Surely in that day^H3117 there shall be a great^H1419 shaking^H7494 in the land^H127 of Israel;^H3478

So the house^H1004 of Israel^H3478 shall know^H3045 that I am Jehovah^H3068 their God,^H430 from that day^H3117 and forward.^H1973

And it shall be at that day,^H3117 saith^H5002 Jehovah,^H3068 that thou shalt call^H7121 me Ishi,^H376 and shalt call^H7121 me no more Baali.^H1180

And it shall come to pass in that day,^H3117 I will answer,^H6030 saith^H5002 Jehovah,^H3068 I will answer^H6030 the heavens,^H8064 and they shall answer^H6030 the earth;^H776

In that day^H3117 will I raise up^H6965 the tabernacle^H5521 of David^H1732 that is fallen,^H5307 and close up^H1443 the breaches^H6556 thereof; and I will raise up^H6965 its ruins,^H2034 and I will build^H1129 it as in the days^H3117 of old;^H5769

In that day,^H3117 saith^H5002 Jehovah,^H3068 will I assemble^H622 that which is lame,^H6760 and I will gather^H6908 that which is driven away,^H5080 and that which I have afflicted;^H7489

A day^H3117 for building^H1129 thy walls!^H1447 in that day^H3117 shall the decree^H2706 be far removed.^H7368

In that day^H3117 it shall be said^H559 to Jerusalem,^H3389 Fear^H3372 thou not; O Zion,^H6726 let not thy hands^H3027 be slack.^H7503

For, behold, the day^H3117 cometh,^H935 it burneth^H1197 as a furnace;^H8574 and all the proud,^H2086 and all that work^H6213 wickedness,^H7564 shall be stubble;^H7179 and the day^H3117 that cometh^H935 shall burn them up,^H3857 saith^H559 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts,^H6635 that it shall leave^H5800 them neither root^H8328 nor branch.^H6057

that^G3704 no^{G3361 G3956} flesh^G4561 should glory^G2744 before^G1799 God.^G846

But^G1161 he^G3588 that glorieth,^G2744 let him glory^G2744 in^G1722 the Lord.^G2962
