Then^G5119 said^G2036 Jesus^G2424 unto^G3101 his^G846 disciples,^G3101 If^G1487 any^G5100 man would^G2309 come^G2064 after^G3694 me,^G3450 let him deny^G533 himself,^G1438 and^G2532 take up^G142 his^G846 cross,^G4716 and^G2532 follow^G190 me.^G3427

Fear^G5399 not,^G3361 little^G3398 flock;^G4168 for^G3754 it is^G2106 your^G5216 Father's^G3962 good pleasure^G2106 to give^G1325 you^G5213 the kingdom.^G932

Behooved^G1163 it not^G3780 the Christ^G5547 to suffer^G3958 these things,^G5023 and^G2532 to enter^G1525 into^G1519 his^G846 glory?^G1391

Father,^G3962 I^G1473 desire^G2309 that^G2443 they also^G2548 whom^G3739 thou hast given^G1325 me^G3427 be^G5600 with^G3326 me^G1700 where^G3699 I am,^G1510 that^G2443 they may behold^G2334 my^G1699 glory,^G1391 which^G3739 thou hast given^G1325 me:^G3427 for^G3754 thou lovedst^G25 me^G3165 before^G4253 the foundation^G2602 of the world.^G2889

And^G2532 now^G3569 I commend^G3908 you^G5209 to God,^G2316 and^G2532 to the word^G3056 of his^G846 grace,^G5485 which^G3588 is able^G1410 to build [you] up,^G2026 and^G2532 to give^G1325 [you]^G5213 the inheritance^G2817 among^G1722 all^G3956 them that are sanctified.^G37

Much^G4183 more^G3123 then,^G3767 being^G1344 now^G3568 justified^G1344 by^G1722 his^G846 blood,^G129 shall we be saved^G4982 from^G575 the wrath^G3709 [of God] through^G1223 him.^G846

For^G1063 what^G3588 the law^G3551 could not do,^G102 in^G1722 that^G3739 it was weak^G770 through^G1223 the flesh,^G4561 God,^G2316 sending^G3992 his own^G1438 Son^G5207 in^G1722 the likeness^G3667 of sinful^G266 flesh^G4561 and^G2532 for^G4012 sin,^G266 condemned^G2632 sin^G266 in^G1722 the flesh:^G4561

but^G235 as^G2531 it is written,^G1125 Things which ^G3739 eye^G3788 saw^G1492 not,^G3756 and^{G2532 G3756} ear^G3775 heard^G191 not, And^G2532 [which] entered^G305 not^G3756 into^G1909 the heart^G2588 of man,^G444 Whatsoever^G3739 things God^G2316 prepared^G2090 for them^G3588 that love^G25 him.^G846

and our hope for you is stedfast; knowing^G1492 that,^G3754 as^G5618 ye are^G2075 partakers^G2844 of the sufferings,^G3804 so^G3779 also^G2532 are ye of the comfort.^G3874

And^G1161 if^G1487 ye^G5210 are Christ's,^G5547 then^G686 are ye^G2075 Abraham's^G11 seed,^{G4690 G2532} heirs^G2818 according to^G2596 promise.^G1860

[None to wit],^G3588 that the Gentiles^G1484 are^G1511 fellow-heirs,^G4789 and^G2532 fellow-members of the body,^G4954 and^G2532 fellow-partakers^G4830 of the^G846 promise^G1860 in^G1722 Christ^G5547 Jesus through^G1223 the gospel,^G2098

Therefore^G1223 I endure^G5278 all things^G3956 for^G1223 the elect's^G1588 sake,^G1223 that^G2443 they^G846 also^G2532 may^G5177 obtain^G5177 the salvation^G4991 which is^G3588 in^G1722 Christ^G5547 Jesus^G2424 with^G3326 eternal^G166 glory.^G5124

Are they^G1526 not^G3780 all^G3956 ministering^G3010 spirits,^G4151 sent forth^G649 to^G1519 do service^G3010 for^G1223 the sake of them that^G3588 shall^G3195 inherit^G2816 salvation?^G4991

Hearken,^G191 my^G3450 beloved^G27 brethren;^G80 did^G1586 not^G3756 God^G2316 choose^G1586 them that are poor^G4434 as to the^G5127 world^G2889 [to be] rich^G4145 in^G1722 faith,^G4102 and^G2532 heirs^G2818 of the kingdom^G932 which^G3739 he promised^G1861 to them that^G3588 love^G25 him?^G846

but^G235 insomuch as^G2526 ye are partakers^G2841 of Christ's^G5547 sufferings,^G3804 rejoice;^G5463 that^G2443 at^G1722 the revelation^G602 of his^G846 glory^G1391 also^G2532 ye may rejoice^G5463 with exceeding joy.^G21

He^G3588 that overcometh^G3528 shall inherit^G2816 these things;^G3956 and^G2532 I will be^G2071 his^G846 God,^G2316 and^G2532 he^G846 shall be^G2071 my^G3427 son.^G5207
