And they said one to another, We haue verily sinned against our brother, in that we sawe the anguish of his soule, when he besought vs, and we would not heare him: therefore is this trouble come vpon vs.

He bowed him downe at her feete, he fell downe, and lay still: at her feete hee bowed him downe, and fell: and when he had sunke downe, he lay there dead.

With the godly thou wilt shewe thy selfe godly: with the vpright man thou wilt shew thy selfe vpright.

He that stoppeth his eare at the crying of the poore, he shall also cry and not be heard.

But let him that glorieth, glorie in this, that he vnderstandeth, and knoweth me: for I am the Lorde, which shewe mercie, iudgement, and righteousnes in the earth: for in these things I delite, sayth the Lord.

Who is a God like vnto thee, that taketh away iniquitie, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage! He reteineth not his wrath for euer, because mercie pleaseth him.

But if ye do not forgiue men their trespasses,, no more will your father forgiue you your trespaces.

But when the seruant was departed, hee found one of his felow seruants, which ought him an hundred pence, & he layde hands on him, and thratled him, saying, Pay me that thou owest.

Iudge not, and ye shal not be iudged: condemne not, and ye shall not bee condemned: forgiue, and ye shalbe forgiuen.

To the prayse of the glory of his grace, wherewith he hath made vs freely accepted in his beloued,

Behold, the hire of ye labourers, which haue reaped your fieldes (which is of you kept backe by fraude) cryeth, and the cryes of them which haue reaped, are entred into the eares of the Lord of hostes.

There is no feare in loue, but perfect loue casteth out feare: for feare hath painefulnesse: and he that feareth, is not perfect in loue.
