TSK · John 20:22

The Lord God also made the man of the dust of the grounde, and breathed in his face breath of life, and the man was a liuing soule.

By the worde of the Lorde were the heauens made, & all the hoste of them by the breath of his mouth.

( This spake hee of the Spirite which they that beleeued in him, should receiue: for the holy Ghost was not yet giuen, because that Iesus was not yet glorified.)

But when that Comforter shall come, whom I will send vnto you from the Father, euen the Spirit of trueth, which proceedeth of the Father, he shall testifie of me.

And they were all filled with the holy Ghost, and began to speake with other tongues, as the Spirit gaue them vtterance.

Then Peter ful of the holy Ghost, said vnto them, Ye rulers of the people, and Elders of Israel,

Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which haue receiued the holy Ghost, as well as we?

This only would I learne of you, Receiued ye the Spirit by the workes of the Lawe, or by the hearing of faith preached?
