TSK · 1 Timothy 4:6

Because I hereby give you good instruction, do not forsake my teaching.

Then he said to them,“Therefore every expert in the law who has been trained for the kingdom of heaven is like the owner of a house who brings out of his treasure what is new and old.”

Therefore be alert, remembering that night and day for three years I did not stop warning each one of you with tears.

But I have written more boldly to you on some points so as to remind you, because of the grace given to me by God

For this reason, I have sent Timothy to you, who is my dear and faithful son in the Lord. He will remind you of my ways in Christ, as I teach them everywhere in every church.

But as God’s servants, we have commended ourselves in every way, with great endurance, in persecutions, in difficulties, in distresses,

Farewell Comments Tychicus, my dear brother and faithful servant in the Lord, will make everything known to you, so that you too may know about my circumstances, how I am doing.

He has not held fast to the head from whom the whole body, supported and knit together through its ligaments and sinews, grows with a growth that is from God.

Personal Greetings and Instructions Tychicus, a dear brother, faithful minister, and fellow slave in the Lord, will tell you all the news about me.

sexually immoral people, practicing homosexuals, kidnappers, liars, perjurers– in fact, for any who live contrary to sound teaching.

If someone spreads false teachings and does not agree with sound words(that is, those of our Lord Jesus Christ) and with the teaching that accords with godliness,

Dealing with False Teachers Remind people of these things and solemnly charge them before the Lord not to wrangle over words. This is of no benefit; it just brings ruin on those who listen.

You, however, must continue in the things you have learned and are confident about. You know who taught you

Conduct Consistent with Sound Teaching But as for you, communicate the behavior that goes with sound teaching.

And yearn like newborn infants for pure, spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up to salvation,

The False Teachers’ Denial of the Lord’s Return Dear friends, this is already the second letter I have written you, in which I am trying to stir up your pure mind by way of reminder:

Now I desire to remind you(even though you have been fully informed of these facts once for all) that Jesus, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, later destroyed those who did not believe.
