TSK · Deuteronomy 30:1

Look! You are driving me off the land today, and I must hide from your presence. I will be a homeless wanderer on the earth; whoever finds me will kill me.”

But if you seek the LORD your God from there, you will find him, if, indeed, you seek him with all your heart and soul.

The Assembly at Shechem Then Moses and the elders of Israel commanded the people:“Pay attention to all the commandments I am giving you today.

The LORD will scatter you among all nations, from one end of the earth to the other. There you will worship other gods that neither you nor your ancestors have known, gods of wood and stone.

That is why the LORD’s anger erupted against this land, bringing on it all the curses written in this scroll.

“Look! I have set before you today life and prosperity on the one hand, and death and disaster on the other.

then listen from heaven, forgive the sin of your people Israel, and bring them back to the land you gave to their ancestors.

For if you return to the LORD, your brothers and sons will be shown mercy by their captors and return to this land. The LORD your God is merciful and compassionate; he will not reject you if you return to him.”

Remember this, so you can be brave! Think about it, you rebels!

Then your survivors will remember me among the nations where they are exiled. They will realize how I was crushed by their unfaithful heart which turned from me and by their eyes which lusted after their idols. They will loathe themselves because of the evil they have done and because of all their abominable practices.

Though I scatter them among the nations, they will remember in far-off places– they and their children will survive and return.
