TSK · Ecclesiastes 8:2

And when the people^H5971 were come^H935 unto the forest,^H3293 behold, the honey^H1706 dropped:^H1982 but no man put^H5381 his hand^H3027 to his mouth;^H6310 for the people^H5971 feared^H3372 the oath.^H7621

Why then hast thou not kept^H8104 the oath^H7621 of Jehovah,^H3068 and the commandment^H4687 that I have charged^H6680 thee with?

My son,^H1121 fear^H3372 thou Jehovah^H3068 and the king;^H4428 [And] company^H6148 not with them that are given to change:^H8138

Let^G5293 every^G3956 soul^G5590 be in subjection to^G5293 the higher^G5242 powers:^G1849 for^G1063 there is^G2076 no^G3756 power^{G1849 G1487} but^G3361 of^G575 God;^G2316 and the powers^G1849 that be^G5607 are^G1526 ordained^G5021 of^G5259 God.^G2316

Be subject^G5293 to every^G3956 ordinance^G2937 of man^G442 for^G1223 the Lord's sake:^G2962 whether^G1535 to the king,^G935 as^G5613 supreme;^G5242
