And Abraham^H85 said,^H559 Because I thought,^H559 Surely^H7535 the fear^H3374 of God^H430 is not in this place;^H4725 and they will slay me^H2026 for my wife's^H802 sake.^H1697

because^H6118 that Abraham^H85 obeyed^H8085 my voice,^H6963 and kept^H8104 my charge,^H4931 my commandments,^H4687 my statutes,^H2708 and my laws.^H8451

And Moses^H4872 said^H559 unto the people,^H5971 Fear^H3372 not: for God^H430 is come^H935 to^H5668 prove^H5254 you, and that his fear^H3374 may be before you,^H6440 that ye sin^H2398 not.

And Samuel^H8050 said,^H559 Hath Jehovah^H3068 as great delight^H2656 in burnt-offerings^H5930 and sacrifices,^H2077 as in obeying^H8085 the voice^H6963 of Jehovah?^H3068 Behold, to obey^H8085 is better^H2896 than sacrifice,^H2077 and to hearken^H8085 than the fat^H2459 of rams.^H352

He will deliver^H5337 thee in six^H8337 troubles;^H6869 Yea, in seven^H7651 there shall no evil^H7451 touch^H5060 thee.

For Jehovah^H3068 knoweth^H3045 the way^H1870 of the righteous;^H6662 But the way^H1870 of the wicked^H7563 shall perish.^H6

What man^H376 is he that feareth^H3373 Jehovah?^H3068 Him shall he instruct^H3384 in the way^H1870 that he shall choose.^H977

The fear^H3374 of Jehovah^H3068 is the beginning^H7225 of wisdom;^H2451 A good^H2896 understanding^H2451 have all they that do^H6213 [his commandments]: His praise^H8416 endureth^H5975 for ever.^H5703

The fear^H3374 of Jehovah^H3068 is the beginning^H7225 of knowledge;^H1847 [But] the foolish^H191 despise^H936 wisdom^H2451 and instruction.^H4148

This is the end^H5490 of the matter;^H1697 all hath been heard:^H8085 fear^H3372 God,^H430 and keep^H8104 his commandments;^H4687 for this is the whole duty of man.^H120

So^G3767 the church^G1577 throughout^G2596 all^G3650 Judaea^G2449 and^G2532 Galilee^G1056 and^G2532 Samaria^G4540 had^G2192 peace,^G1515 being edified;^G3618 and,^G2532 walking^G4198 in the fear^G5401 of the Lord^G2962 and^G2532 in the comfort^G3874 of the Holy^G40 Spirit,^G4151 was multiplied.^G3303

Wherefore,^G1352 receiving^G3880 a kingdom^G932 that cannot be shaken,^G761 let us have^G2192 grace,^G5485 whereby^{G3739 G1223} we may offer service^G3000 well-pleasing^G2102 to God^G2316 with^G3326 reverence^G127 and^G2532 awe:^G2124

Was not^G3756 Abraham^G11 our^G2257 father^G3962 justified^G1344 by^G1537 works,^G2041 in that he offered^G399 up Isaac^G2464 his^G846 son^G5207 upon^G1909 the altar?^G2379
