TSK · Isaiah 28:7

They reel to and fro,^H2287 and stagger^H5128 like a drunken man,^H7910 And are at their wits'^H2451 end.^H1104

It is not for kings,^H4428 O Lemuel,^H3927 it is not for kings^H4428 to drink^H8354 wine;^H3196 Nor for^H335 princes^H7336 [to say], Where is strong drink?^H7941

As for my people,^H5971 children^H5953 are their oppressors,^H5065 and women^H802 rule^H4910 over them. O my people,^H5971 they that lead^H833 thee cause thee to err,^H8582 and destroy^H1104 the way^H1870 of thy paths.^H734

Woe^H1945 unto them that are mighty^H1368 to drink^H8354 wine,^H3196 and men^H582 of strength^H2428 to mingle^H4537 strong drink;^H7941

The elder^H2205 and the honorable^H6440 man, he^H1931 is the head;^H7218 and the prophet^H5030 that teacheth^H3384 lies,^H8267 he is the tail.^H2180

and behold, joy^H8342 and gladness,^H8057 slaying^H2026 oxen^H1241 and killing^H7819 sheep,^H6629 eating^H398 flesh^H1320 and drinking^H8354 wine:^H3196 let us eat^H398 and drink,^H8354 for to-morrow^H4279 we shall die.^H4191

And all vision^H2380 is become unto you as the words^H1697 of a book^H5612 that is sealed,^H2856 which men deliver^H5414 to one that is learned,^H3045 saying,^H559 Read^H7121 this, I pray thee; and he saith,^H559 I cannot,^H3201 for it is sealed:^H2856

Come^H857 ye, [say they], I will fetch^H3947 wine,^H3196 and we will fill^H5433 ourselves with strong drink;^H7941 and to-morrow^H4279 shall be as this day,^H4279 [a day] great^H3966 beyond^H3499 measure.^H1419

And I have seen^H7200 folly^H8604 in the prophets^H5030 of Samaria;^H8111 they prophesied^H5012 by Baal,^H1168 and caused my people^H5971 Israel^H3478 to err.^H8582

He hath bent^H1869 his bow^H7198 like an enemy,^H341 he hath stood^H5324 with his right hand^H3225 as an adversary,^H6862 And hath slain^H2026 all that were pleasant^H4261 to the eye:^H5869 In the tent^H168 of the daughter^H1323 of Zion^H6726 he hath poured out^H8210 his wrath^H2534 like fire.^H784

Neither shall any of the priests^H3548 drink^H8354 wine,^H3196 when they enter^H935 into the inner^H6442 court.^H2691

On the day^H3117 of our king^H4428 the princes^H8269 made themselves sick^H2470 with the heat^H2534 of wine;^H3196 he stretched out^H4900 his hand^H3027 with scoffers.^H3945

But immediately^G2112 after^G3326 the tribulation^G2347 of^G2250 those^G1565 days^G2250 the sun^G2246 shall^G4654 be darkened,^G4654 and^G2532 the moon^G4582 shall^G1325 not^G3756 give^G1325 her^G846 light,^G5338 and^G2532 the stars^G792 shall fall^G4098 from^G575 heaven,^G3772 and^G2532 the powers^G1411 of the heavens^G3772 shall be shaken:^G4531

Even so^G3779 ought^G3784 husbands^G435 also to love^G25 their^G1438 own wives^G1135 as^G5613 their own^G1438 bodies.^G4983 He that^G3588 loveth^G25 his^G1438 own wife^G1135 loveth^G25 himself:^G1438
