Then will they call^H7121 upon me, but I will not answer;^H6030 They will seek me diligently,^H7836 but they shall not find^H4672 me:

They know^H3045 not, neither do they consider:^H995 for he hath shut^H2902 their eyes,^H5869 that they cannot see;^H7200 and their hearts,^H3826 that they cannot understand.^H7919

Strive^G75 to enter in^G1525 by^G1223 the narrow^G4728 door:^G4439 for^G3754 many,^G4183 I say^G3004 unto you,^G5213 shall seek^G2212 to enter in,^G1525 and^G2532 shall^G2480 not^G3756 be able.^G2480

What^G5101 then?^G3767 are we better^G4284 than they? No,^G3756 in no wise:^G3843 for^G1063 we before laid to the charge^G4256 both^G2532 of Jews^G2453 and^G5037 Greeks,^G1672 that they are^G1511 all^G3956 under^G5259 sin;^G266

And^G1161 we know^G1492 that^G3754 to them that love^G25 God^G2316 all things^G3956 work together^G4903 for^G1519 good,^G18 [even] to them that are^G5607 called^G2822 according to^G2596 [his] purpose.^G4286

and^G2532 that^G2443 he might make known^G1107 the riches^G4149 of his^G846 glory^G1391 upon^G1909 vessels^G4632 of mercy,^G1656 which^G3739 he afore prepared^G4282 unto^G1519 glory,^G1391

For^G1063 being ignorant of^G50 God's^G2316 righteousness,^G1343 and^G2532 seeking^G2212 to establish^G2476 their own,^{G2398 G1343} they did^G5293 not^G3756 subject themselves^G5293 to the righteousness^G1343 of God.^G2316

For^G1063 I would^G2309 not,^G3756 brethren,^G80 have^G2309 you^G5209 ignorant^G50 of this^G5124 mystery,^G3466 lest^{G2443 G3361} ye be^G5600 wise^G5429 in^G3844 your own conceits,^G1438 that^G3754 a hardening^G4457 in^G575 part^G3313 hath befallen^G1096 Israel,^G2474 until^G891 the fulness^G4138 of the Gentiles^G1484 be come in;^G1525

but^G235 their^G846 minds^G3540 were hardened:^G4456 for^G1063 until^G891 this very day^G4594 at the reading^G320 of the old^G3820 covenant^G1242 the same^G846 veil^G2571 remaineth,^G3306 it not being^G1909 revealed^G343 to them that it^G3739 is^G5100 done away^G2673 in^G1722 Christ.^G5547

even as^G2531 he chose^G1586 us^G2248 in^G1722 him^G846 before^G4253 the foundation^G2602 of the world,^G2889 that we^G2248 should be^G1511 holy^G40 and^G2532 without blemish^G299 before^G2714 him^G846 in^G1722 love:^G26

and^G2532 with^G1722 all^G3956 deceit^G539 of unrighteousness^G93 for^G1722 them that perish;^G622 because^G473 they received^G1209 not^G3756 the love^G26 of the truth,^G225 that^G1519 they^G846 might be saved.^G3739

according to^G2596 the foreknowledge^G4268 of God^G2316 the Father,^G3962 in^G1722 sanctification^G38 of the Spirit,^G4151 unto^G1519 obedience^G5218 and^G2532 sprinkling^G4473 of the blood^G129 of Jesus^G2424 Christ:^G5547 Grace^G5485 to you^G5213 and^G2532 peace^G1515 be multiplied.^G4129
