I have waited for^H6960 thy salvation,^H3444 O Jehovah.^H3068

Rest^H1826 in Jehovah,^H3068 and wait patiently^H2342 for him: Fret^H2734 not thyself because of him who prospereth^H6743 in his way,^H1870 Because of the man^H376 who bringeth^H6213 wicked devices^H4209 to pass.^H6213

My soul,^H5315 wait^H1826 thou in silence for God^H430 only; For my expectation^H8615 is from him.

And it shall be said^H559 in that day,^H3117 Lo, this is our God;^H430 we have waited^H6960 for him, and he will save^H3467 us: this is Jehovah;^H3068 we have waited^H6960 for him, we will be glad^H1523 and rejoice^H8055 in his salvation.^H3444

Jehovah^H3068 is good^H2896 unto them that wait^H6960 for him, to the soul^H5315 that seeketh^H1875 him.

In^G1722 your^G5216 patience^G5281 ye^G2932 shall win your^G5216 souls.^G5590

And^G1161 not^G3756 only^G3440 so, but^G235 ourselves^G846 also,^G2532 who have^G2192 the first-fruits^G536 of the Spirit,^G4151 even^G2532 we^G2249 ourselves^G846 groan^G4727 within^G1722 ourselves,^G1438 waiting for^G553 [our] adoption,^G5206 [to wit], the redemption^G629 of^G4983 our^G2257 body.^G4983

strengthened^G1412 with^G1722 all^G3956 power,^G2904 according to^G2596 the might^G1411 of his^G846 glory,^G1391 unto^G1519 all^G3956 patience^G5281 and^G2532 longsuffering^G3115 with^G3326 joy;^G5479

And^G1161 the Lord^G2962 direct^G2720 your^G5216 hearts^G2588 into^G1519 the love^G26 of God,^G2316 and^G2532 into^G1519 the patience^G5281 of Christ.^G5547

And^G2532 thus,^G3779 having patiently endured,^G3114 he obtained^G2013 the promise.^G1860

Therefore^G5105 let^G659 us^G2249 also,^G2532 seeing we^G2254 are^G2192 compassed about^G4029 with so great^G5118 a cloud^G3509 of witnesses,^G3144 lay aside^G659 every^G3956 weight,^G3591 and^G2532 the sin^G266 which doth so easily beset^G2139 us, and let us run^G5143 with^G1223 patience^G5281 the race^G73 that is set before^G4295 us,^G2254
