TSK · Isaiah 33:15

“You must not turn away justice for your poor people in their lawsuits.

Moses was very angry, and he said to the LORD,“Have no respect for their offering! I have not taken so much as one donkey from them, nor have I harmed any one of them!”

Here I am. Bring a charge against me before the LORD and before his chosen king. Whose ox have I taken? Whose donkey have I taken? Whom have I wronged? Whom have I oppressed? From whose hand have I taken a bribe so that I would overlook something? Tell me, and I will return it to you!”

Abishai said to David,“Today God has delivered your enemy into your hands. Now let me drive the spear right through him into the ground with one swift jab! A second jab won’t be necessary!”

If my footsteps have strayed from the way, if my heart has gone after my eyes, or if anything has defiled my hands,

If I have rejoiced over the misfortune of my enemy or exulted because calamity found him–

A psalm of David. LORD, who may be a guest in your home? Who may live on your holy hill?

He does not charge interest when he lends his money. He does not take bribes to testify against the innocent. The one who lives like this will never be shaken.

By David. Vindicate me, O LORD, for I have integrity, and I trust in the LORD without wavering.

Do not sweep me away with sinners, or execute me along with violent people,

Turn my eyes away from what is worthless! Revive me with your word!

My child, do not go down their way, withhold yourself from their path;

Then your light will shine like the sunrise; your restoration will quickly arrive; your godly behavior will go before you, and the LORD’s splendor will be your rear guard.

Then Johanan son of Kareah spoke privately to Gedaliah there at Mizpah,“Let me go and kill Ishmael the son of Nethaniah before anyone knows about it. Otherwise he will kill you and all the Judeans who have rallied around you will be scattered. Then what remains of Judah will disappear.”

They are experts at doing evil; government officials and judges take bribes, prominent men announce what they wish and then they plan it out.

and said,“What will you give me to betray him into your hands?” So they set out thirty silver coins for him.

Now Simon, when he saw that the Spirit was given through the laying on of the apostles’ hands, offered them money,

Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.

Look, the pay you have held back from the workers who mowed your fields cries out against you, and the cries of the reapers have reached the ears of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.

Little children, let no one deceive you: The one who practices righteousness is righteous, just as Jesus is righteous.
