And Samuel^H8050 said^H559 to Saul,^H7586 Thou hast done foolishly;^H5528 thou hast not kept^H8104 the commandment^H4687 of Jehovah^H3068 thy God,^H430 which he commanded^H6680 thee: for now would Jehovah^H3068 have established^H3559 thy kingdom^H4467 upon Israel^H3478 for^H5704 ever.^H5769

And David^H1732 said^H559 unto Nathan,^H5416 I have sinned^H2398 against Jehovah.^H3068 And Nathan^H5416 said^H559 unto David,^H1732 Jehovah^H3068 also hath put away^H5674 thy sin;^H2403 thou shalt not die.^H4191

And David's^H1732 heart^H3820 smote^H5221 him after^H310 that he had numbered^H5608 the people.^H5971 And David^H1732 said^H559 unto Jehovah,^H3068 I have sinned^H2398 greatly^H3966 in that which I have done:^H6213 but now, O Jehovah,^H3068 put away,^H5674 I beseech thee, the iniquity^H5771 of thy servant;^H5650 for I have done very^H3966 foolishly.^H5528

For thy name's^H8034 sake, O Jehovah,^H3068 Pardon^H5545 mine iniquity,^H5771 for it is great.^H7227

For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David; when Nathan the prophet came unto him, after he had gone in to Bath-sheba. Have mercy^H2603 upon me, O God,^H430 according to thy lovingkindness:^H2617 According to the multitude^H7230 of thy tender mercies^H7356 blot^H4229 out my transgressions.^H6588

Take^H3947 with you words,^H1697 and return^H7725 unto Jehovah:^H3068 say^H559 unto him, Take away^H5375 all iniquity,^H5771 and accept^H3947 that which is good:^H2896 so will we render^H7999 [as] bullocks^H6499 [the offering of] our lips.^H8193

On the morrow^G1887 he^G2491 seeth^G991 Jesus^G2424 coming^G2064 unto^G4314 him,^G846 and^G2532 saith,^G3004 Behold,^G1492 the Lamb^G286 of God,^G2316 that^G3588 taketh away^G142 the sin^G266 of the world!^G2889
