Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Jesus Comforts, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and eligibility
You may browse public portions of the service without creating an account. Some features, including saved highlights, favorites, bookmarks, reading progress, and AI image generation, may require you to sign in. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating or linking an account and may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
Acceptable use
- Do not violate law, infringe rights, or misuse the service.
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security or quotas.
- Do not use the service to create, upload, request, or distribute unlawful, abusive, infringing, or deceptive content.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, infrastructure, or data.
- Do not interfere with the experience of other users or with moderation, safety, or abuse-prevention controls.
Content, ownership, and licenses
The service, including software, branding, design, curated media, and site content, is owned by Jesus Comforts or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for personal, non-exclusive use in accordance with these terms.
You retain any rights you have in prompts, uploads, and other content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, transmit, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and provide the service.
We may remove or disable access to content that we reasonably believe violates these terms, law, or the rights of others.
AI and generation features
Jesus Comforts may provide AI-assisted generation tools. Outputs may be imperfect, inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, sharing, publishing, printing, or relying on them.
We may impose quotas, rate limits, or feature limits, including per-user daily limits, and may suspend access to AI features when needed to control abuse, cost, safety, or reliability.
Third-party providers
The service may use third-party hosting, authentication, storage, email, analytics, or AI providers. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for services we do not control.
No professional or emergency service
Jesus Comforts is provided for scripture reading, devotional use, study, creative tools, and related media experiences. It is not a substitute for legal, medical, mental health, pastoral, crisis, or emergency services, and it should not be relied on for urgent or life-critical decisions.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to any part of the service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or others, or if continued operation or access is no longer practical.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as is and as available basis. We disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, or uninterrupted use.
Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jesus Comforts and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, revenues, opportunities, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jesus Comforts and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
Changes
We may modify these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time. Updated terms become effective when posted, unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
