For the life^H5315 of the flesh^H1320 is in the blood;^H1818 and I have given^H5414 it to you upon the altar^H4196 to make atonement^H3722 for your souls:^H5315 for it is the blood^H1818 that maketh atonement^H3722 by reason of the life.^H5315

And I will sprinkle^H2236 clean^H2889 water^H4325 upon you, and ye shall be clean:^H2891 from all your filthiness,^H2932 and from all your idols,^H1544 will I cleanse^H2891 you.

for^G1063 this^G5124 is^G2076 my^G3450 blood^G129 of the^G2537 covenant,^G1242 which is poured^G1632 out for^G4012 many^G4183 unto remission^G859 of sins.^G266

And the cup^G4221 in like^G5615 manner^G2532 after^G3326 supper,^G1172 saying,^G3004 This^G5124 cup^G4221 is the new^G2537 covenant^G1242 in^G1722 my^G3450 blood,^G129 [even] that which^G3588 is poured^G1632 out for^G5228 you.^G5216

Jesus^G2424 answered,^G611 Verily,^G281 verily,^G281 I say^G3004 unto thee,^G1437 Except^G3361 one^G5100 be born^G1080 of^G1537 water^G5204 and^G2532 the Spirit,^G4151 he cannot^{G3756 G1410} enter^G1525 into^G1519 the kingdom^G932 of God!^G2316

but^G1161 whosoever^{G3739 G302} drinketh^G4095 of^G1537 the water^G5204 that^G3739 I^G302 shall give^G1325 him^G846 shall^G1519 never^G165 thirst;^G1372 but^G235 the water^G5204 that^G3739 I shall give^G1325 him^G846 shall become^G1096 in^G1722 him^G846 a well^G4077 of water^G5204 springing up^G242 unto^G1519 eternal^G166 life.^G2222

He that believeth^G4100 on^G1519 me,^G1691 as^G2531 the scripture^G1124 hath said,^G2036 from^G1537 within^G846 him^G2836 shall flow^G4482 rivers^G4215 of^G1537 living^G2198 water.^G5204

[ even] the Spirit^G4151 of truth:^G225 whom^G3739 the world^G2889 cannot^{G1410 G3756} receive;^G2983 for^G3754 it beholdeth^G2334 him^G846 not,^G3756 neither^G3761 knoweth^G1097 him:^{G846 G1161} ye^G5210 know^G1097 him;^G846 for^G3754 he abideth^G3306 with^G3844 you,^G5213 and^G2532 shall be^G2071 in^G1722 you.^G5213

Howbeit^G1161 when^G3752 he,^G1565 the Spirit of^G4151 truth,^G225 is come,^G2064 he shall guide^G3594 you^G5209 into^G1519 all^G3956 the truth:^G225 for^G1063 he shall^G2980 not^G3756 speak^G2980 from^G575 himself;^G1438 but^G235 what^G3745 things soever^G302 he shall hear,^G191 [these] shall he speak:^G2980 and^G2532 he shall declare^G312 unto you^G5213 the things^G3588 that are to come.^G2064

And^G1161 as^G5613 they went^G4198 on^G2596 the way,^G3598 they came^G2064 unto^G1909 a certain^G5100 water;^G5204 and^G2532 the eunuch^G2135 saith,^G5346 Behold,^G2400 [here is] water;^G5204 what^G5101 doth hinder^G2967 me^G3165 to be baptized?^G907

in^G1722 whom^G3739 we have^G2192 our redemption^G629 through^G1223 his^G846 blood,^G129 the forgiveness^G859 of our trespasses,^G3900 according^G2596 to the riches^G4149 of his^G846 grace,^G5485

having heard^G191 of your^G5216 faith^G4102 in^G1722 Christ^G5547 Jesus,^G2424 and^G2532 of the love^G26 which ye have toward^G1519 all^G3956 the saints,^G40

not^G3756 by^G1537 works^G2041 [done] in^G1722 righteousness,^G1343 which^G3739 we^G2249 did^G4160 ourselves, but^G235 according to^G2596 his^G846 mercy^G1656 he saved^G4982 us,^G2248 through^G1223 the washing^G3067 of regeneration^G3824 and^G2532 renewing^G342 of the Holy^G40 Spirit,^G4151

how much^G4214 more^G3123 shall^G2511 the blood^G129 of Christ,^G5547 who^G3739 through^G1223 the eternal^G166 Spirit^G4151 offered^G4374 himself^G1438 without blemish^G299 unto God,^G2316 cleanse^G2511 your^G5216 conscience^G4893 from^G575 dead^G3498 works^G2041 to^G1519 serve^G3000 the living^G2198 God?^G2316

and^G2532 to Jesus^G2424 the^G1242 mediator^G3316 of a new^G3501 covenant,^G1242 and^G2532 to the^G1242 blood^G129 of sprinkling^G4473 that speaketh^G2980 better than^G3844 [that of] Abel.^G6

according to^G2596 the foreknowledge^G4268 of God^G2316 the Father,^G3962 in^G1722 sanctification^G38 of the Spirit,^G4151 unto^G1519 obedience^G5218 and^G2532 sprinkling^G4473 of the blood^G129 of Jesus^G2424 Christ:^G5547 Grace^G5485 to you^G5213 and^G2532 peace^G1515 be multiplied.^G4129

but^G1161 if^G1437 we walk^G4043 in^G1722 the light,^G5457 as^G5613 he^G846 is^G2076 in^G1722 the light,^G5457 we have^G2192 fellowship^G2842 one^G240 with^G3326 another,^G240 and^G2532 the blood^G129 of Jesus^{G2424 G5547} his^G846 Son^G5207 cleanseth^G2511 us^G2248 from^G575 all^G3956 sin.^G266

And^G2532 it is^{G1526 G5140} the Spirit^G4151 that beareth witness,^G3140 because the Spirit^G4151 is the truth.

And^G2532 they sing^G103 a new^G2537 song,^G5603 saying,^G3004 Worthy^G514 art^G1488 thou to take^G2983 the book,^G975 and^G2532 to open^G455 the seals^G4973 thereof:^G846 for^G3754 thou was slain,^G4969 and^G2532 didst purchase^G59 unto God^G2316 with^G1722 thy^G4675 blood^G129 [men]^G2248 of^G1537 every^G3956 tribe,^G5443 and^G2532 tongue,^G1100 and^G2532 people,^G2992 and^G2532 nation,^G1484
