For thou art a holy^H6918 people^H5971 unto Jehovah^H3068 thy God:^H430 Jehovah^H3068 thy God^H430 hath chosen^H977 thee to be a people^H5971 for his own possession,^H5459 above all peoples^H5971 that are upon the face^H6440 of the earth.^H127

And I will bring forth^H3318 a seed^H2233 out of Jacob,^H3290 and out of Judah^H3063 an inheritor^H3423 of my mountains;^H2022 and my chosen^H972 shall inherit^H3423 it, and my servants^H5650 shall dwell^H7931 there.

Nebuchadnezzar^H5020 the king,^H4430 unto all^H3606 the peoples,^H5972 nations,^H524 and languages,^H3961 that dwell^H1753 in all^H3606 the earth:^H772 Peace^H8001 be multiplied^H7680 unto you.

And^G2532 except^G3361 those^G1565 days^G2250 had been shortened,^G2856 no^G3756 flesh^G4561 would have been saved:^G4982 but^G1161 for^G1223 the elect's^G1588 sake^G1223 those^G1565 days^G2250 shall be shortened.^G2856

And^G2532 he shall send^G649 forth his^G846 angels^G32 with^G3326 a^G5456 great^G3173 sound^G5456 of a trumpet,^G4536 and^G2532 they shall gather together^G1996 his^G846 elect^G1588 from^G1537 the^G417 four^G5064 winds,^G417 from^G1537 one end^G206 of heaven^G3772 to^G2193 the other.^G846

for^G1063 there shall arise^G1453 false Christs^G5580 and^G2532 false prophets,^G5578 and^G2532 shall show^G1325 signs^G4592 and^G2532 wonders,^G5059 that^G4314 they may lead astray,^G635 if^G1487 possible,^G1415 the^G2532 elect.^G1588

And^G1161 shall^G1557 not^G3364 God^G2316 avenge^G1557 his^G846 elect,^G1588 that^G3588 cry^G994 to^G4314 him^G846 day^G2250 and^G2532 night,^G3571 and [yet]^G2532 he is longsuffering^G3114 over^G1909 them?^G846

him,^G5126 being delivered^G1560 up by the^G1012 determinate^G3724 counsel^G1012 and^G2532 foreknowledge^G4268 of God,^G2316 ye by^G1223 the hand^G5495 of lawless^G459 men did^G2983 crucify^G4362 and slay:^G337

And^G2532 now^G3569 I commend^G3908 you^G5209 to God,^G2316 and^G2532 to the word^G3056 of his^G846 grace,^G5485 which^G3588 is able^G1410 to build [you] up,^G2026 and^G2532 to give^G1325 [you]^G5213 the inheritance^G2817 among^G1722 all^G3956 them that are sanctified.^G37

To all^G3956 that are^G5607 in^G1722 Rome,^G4516 beloved^G27 of God,^G2316 called^G2822 [to be] saints:^G40 Grace^G5485 to you^G5213 and^G2532 peace^G1515 from^G575 God^G2316 our^G2257 Father^G3962 and^G2532 the Lord^G2962 Jesus^G2424 Christ.^G5547

For^G3754 whom^G3739 he foreknew,^G4267 he^G4309 also^G2532 foreordained^G4309 [to be] conformed to^G4832 the image^G1504 of^G5207 his^G846 Son,^G5207 that^G1519 he^G846 might be^G1511 the firstborn^G4416 among^G1722 many^G4183 brethren:^G80

and^G2532 that^G2443 he might make known^G1107 the riches^G4149 of his^G846 glory^G1391 upon^G1909 vessels^G4632 of mercy,^G1656 which^G3739 he afore prepared^G4282 unto^G1519 glory,^G1391

Even so^G3779 then^G3767 at^G1722 this present^G3568 time^G2540 also^G2532 there is^G1096 a remnant^G3005 according to^G2596 the election^G1589 of grace.^G5485

that^G1519 I^G3165 should be^G1511 a minister^G3011 of Christ^G5547 Jesus^G2424 unto^G1519 the Gentiles,^G1484 ministering^G2418 the gospel^G2098 of God,^G2316 that^G2443 the offering up^G4376 of the Gentiles^G1484 might be^G1096 made acceptable,^G2144 being sanctified^G37 by^G1722 the^G4151 Holy^G40 Spirit.^G4151

but^G1161 now^G3568 is manifested,^G5319 and^G5037 by^G1223 the scriptures^G1124 of the prophets,^G4397 according to^G2596 the^G2316 commandment^G2003 of the^G2316 eternal^G166 God,^G2316 is made known^G1107 unto all^G3956 the nations^G1484 unto^G1519 obedience^G5218 of faith:^G4102

And^G2532 such^G5023 were^G2258 some of you:^G5100 but^G235 ye were washed,^G628 but^G235 ye were sanctified,^G37 but^G235 ye were justified^G1344 in^G1722 the name^G3686 of the Lord^G2962 Jesus^G2424 Christ, and^G2532 in^G1722 the Spirit^G4151 of our^G2257 God.^G2316

The grace^G5485 of the Lord^G2962 Jesus^G2424 Christ,^G5547 and^G2532 the love^G26 of God,^G2316 and^G2532 the communion^G2842 of the Holy^G40 Spirit,^G4151 be with^G3326 you^G5216 all.^G3956

Put on^G1746 therefore,^G3767 as^G5613 God's^G2316 elect,^G1588 holy^G40 and^G2532 beloved,^G25 a heart^G4698 of compassion,^G3628 kindness,^G5544 lowliness,^G5012 meekness,^G4236 longsuffering;^G3115

Therefore^G1223 I endure^G5278 all things^G3956 for^G1223 the elect's^G1588 sake,^G1223 that^G2443 they^G846 also^G2532 may^G5177 obtain^G5177 the salvation^G4991 which is^G3588 in^G1722 Christ^G5547 Jesus^G2424 with^G3326 eternal^G166 glory.^G5124

and^G2532 having been made perfect,^G5048 he became^G1096 unto all^G3956 them that obey^G5219 him^G846 the author^G159 of^G4991 eternal^G166 salvation;^G4991

let us draw near^G4334 with^G3326 a true^G228 heart^G2588 in^G1722 fulness^G4136 of faith,^G4102 having^G4472 our hearts^G2588 sprinkled^G4472 from^G575 an^G4893 evil^G4190 conscience:^G4893 and^G2532 having our body^G4983 washed^G3068 with pure^G2513 water,^G5204

and^G2532 to Jesus^G2424 the^G1242 mediator^G3316 of a new^G3501 covenant,^G1242 and^G2532 to the^G1242 blood^G129 of sprinkling^G4473 that speaketh^G2980 better than^G3844 [that of] Abel.^G6

But^G1161 ye^G5210 are an elect^G1588 race,^G1085 a royal^G934 priesthood,^G2406 a holy^G40 nation,^G1484 a ^G1519 people^G2992 for [God's] own possession,^G4047 that^G3704 ye may show forth^G1804 the excellencies^G703 of him who called^G2564 you^G5209 out of^G1537 darkness^G4655 into^G1519 his^G846 marvellous^G2298 light:^G5457

The elder^G4245 unto the elect^G1588 lady^G2959 and^G2532 her^G846 children,^G5043 whom^G3739 I^G1473 love^G25 in^G1722 truth;^G225 and^G2532 not^G3756 I^G1473 only,^G3441 but^G235 also^G2532 all^G3956 they that know^G1097 the truth;^G225

Mercy^G1656 unto you^G5213 and^G2532 peace^G1515 and^G2532 love^G26 be multiplied.^G4129
