TSK · 2 Chronicles 23:3

So all the elders^H2205 of Israel^H3478 came^H935 to the king^H4428 to Hebron;^H2275 and king^H4428 David^H1732 made^H3772 a covenant^H1285 with them in Hebron^H2275 before^H6440 Jehovah:^H3068 and they anointed^H4886 David^H1732 king^H4428 over Israel.^H3478

And thy house^H1004 and thy kingdom^H4467 shall be made^H539 sure for^H5704 ever^H5769 before^H6440 thee: thy throne^H3678 shall be established^H3559 for^H5704 ever.^H5769

then I will establish^H6965 the throne^H3678 of thy kingdom^H4467 over Israel^H3478 for ever,^H5769 according as I promised^H1696 to David^H1732 thy father,^H1 saying,^H559 There shall not fail^H3772 thee a man^H376 upon the throne^H3678 of Israel.^H3478

and their brethren,^H251 according to their generations,^H8435 nine^H8672 hundred^H3967 and fifty^H2572 and six.^H8337 All these men^H582 were heads^H7218 of fathers'^H1 [houses] by their fathers'^H1 houses.^H1004

Now therefore, O Jehovah,^H3068 the God^H430 of Israel,^H3478 keep^H8104 with thy servant^H5650 David^H1732 my father^H1 that which thou hast promised^H1696 him, saying,^H559 There shall not fail^H3772 thee a man^H376 in my sight^H6440 to sit^H3427 on the throne^H3678 of Israel,^H3478 if only^H7535 thy children^H1121 take heed^H8104 to their way,^H1870 to walk^H3212 in my law^H8451 as thou hast walked^H1980 before^H6440 me.

Howbeit Jehovah^H3068 would^H14 not destroy^H7843 the house^H1004 of David,^H1732 because of the covenant^H1285 that he had made^H3772 with David,^H1732 and as he promised^H559 to give^H5414 a lamp^H5216 to him and to his children^H1121 alway.^H3117

His seed^H2233 also will I make^H7760 to endure for ever,^H5703 And his throne^H3678 as the days^H3117 of heaven.^H8064
