TSK · 2 Chronicles 33:7

And he restored^H7725 the eleven hundred^H505 [pieces] of silver^H3701 to his mother;^H517 and his mother^H517 said,^H559 I verily^H6942 dedicate^H6942 the silver^H3701 unto Jehovah^H3068 from my hand^H3027 for my son,^H1121 to make^H6213 a graven image^H6459 and a molten image:^H6459 now therefore I will restore^H7725 it unto thee.

If thy people^H5971 go out^H3318 to battle^H4421 against their enemy,^H341 by whatsoever^H1870 way thou shalt send^H7971 them, and they pray^H6419 unto Jehovah^H3068 toward^H1870 the city^H5892 which thou hast chosen,^H977 and toward the house^H1004 which I have built^H1129 for thy name;^H8034

Howbeit^H7535 I will not rend away^H7167 all the kingdom;^H4467 but I will give^H5414 one^H259 tribe^H7626 to thy son,^H1121 for David^H1732 my servant's^H5650 sake, and for Jerusalem's^H3389 sake which I have chosen.^H977

Whereupon the king^H4428 took counsel,^H3289 and made^H6213 two^H8147 calves^H5695 of gold;^H2091 and he said^H559 unto them, It is too much^H7227 for you to go up^H5927 to Jerusalem:^H3389 behold thy gods,^H430 O Israel,^H3478 which brought thee up^H5927 out of the land^H776 of Egypt.^H4714

And he brought out^H3318 the Asherah^H842 from the house^H1004 of Jehovah,^H3068 without^H2351 Jerusalem,^H3389 unto the brook^H5158 Kidron,^H6939 and burned^H8313 it at the brook^H5158 Kidron,^H6939 and beat^H1854 it to dust,^H6083 and cast^H7993 the dust^H6083 thereof upon the graves^H6913 of the common^H1121 people.^H5971

but I have chosen^H977 Jerusalem,^H3389 that my name^H8034 might be there; and have chosen^H977 David^H1732 to be over my people^H5971 Israel.^H3478

And he built^H1129 altars^H4196 in the house^H1004 of Jehovah,^H3068 whereof Jehovah^H3068 said,^H559 In Jerusalem^H3389 shall my name^H8034 be for ever.^H5769

But chose^H977 the tribe^H7626 of Judah,^H3063 The mount^H2022 Zion^H6726 which he loved.^H157
