And^G2532 these^G3778 in like manner^G3668 are they^G1526 that are sown^G4687 upon^G1909 the rocky [places],^G4075 who,^G3739 when^G3752 they have heard^G191 the word,^G3056 straightway^G2112 receive^G2983 it^G846 with^G3326 joy;^G5479

Jesus^G2424 therefore^G3767 said^G3004 to^G4314 those^G4100 Jews^G2453 that had believed^G4100 him,^G846 If^G1437 ye^G5210 abide^G3306 in^G1722 my^G1699 word,^G3056 then are ye^G2075 truly^G230 my^G3450 disciples;^G3101

And^G5037 day^G2596 by day,^G2250 continuing^G4342 stedfastly with one accord^G3661 in^G1722 the temple,^G2411 and^G5037 breaking^G2806 bread^G740 at^G3624 home,^G2596 they took their^G3335 food^G5160 with^G1722 gladness^G20 and^G2532 singleness^G858 of heart,^G2588

And^G2532 when^G1189 they^G846 had prayed,^G1189 the place^G5117 was shaken^G4531 wherein^{G3739 G1722} they were^G2258 gathered together;^G4863 and^G2532 they were^G4130 all^G537 filled^G4130 with the^G4151 Holy^G40 Spirit,^G4151 and^G2532 they spake^G2980 the word^G3056 of God^G2316 with^G3326 boldness.^G3954

But^G1161 we^G2249 will continue stedfastly^G4342 in prayer,^G4335 and^G2532 in the ministry^G1248 of the word.^G3056

confirming^G1991 the souls^G5590 of the disciples,^G3101 exhorting them^G3870 to continue^G1696 in the faith,^G4102 and^G2532 that^G3754 through^G1223 many^G4183 tribulations^G2347 we^G2248 must^G1163 enter^G1525 into^G1519 the kingdom^G932 of God.^G2316

And when^G1161 he was gone up,^G305 and^G2532 had broken^G2806 the bread,^G740 and^G2532 eaten,^G1089 and^G5037 had talked^G3656 with them a^G1909 long while,^G2425 even till^G891 break of day,^G827 so^G3779 he departed.^G1831

The cup^G4221 of blessing^G2129 which^G3739 we bless,^G2127 is it^G2076 not^G3780 a communion^G2842 of the blood^G129 of Christ?^G5547 The bread^G740 which^G3739 we break,^G2806 is it^G2076 not^G3780 a communion^G2842 of the body^G4983 of Christ?^G5547

Now^G1161 I praise^G1867 you^{G5209 G80} that^G3754 ye remember^G3415 me^G3450 in all things,^G3956 and^G2532 hold fast^G2722 the traditions,^G3862 even as^G2531 I delivered^G3860 them to you.^G5213

I marvel^G2296 that^G3754 ye are^G3346 so^G3779 quickly^G5030 removing^G3346 from^G575 him that^G3588 called^G2564 you^G5209 in^G1722 the grace^G5485 of Christ^G5547 unto^G1519 a different^G2087 gospel;^G2098

Continue^G4342 stedfastly in^G1722 prayer,^G4335 watching^G1127 therein^G846 with^G1722 thanksgiving;^G2169

not^G3361 forsaking^G1459 our own^G1438 assembling^G1997 together,^G1997 as^G2531 the custom^G1485 of some^G5100 is, but^G235 exhorting^G3870 [one another]; and^G2532 so much^G5118 the more,^G3123 as^G3745 ye see^G991 the day^G2250 drawing nigh.^G1448

This^G5026 is^G1125 now,^G2235 beloved,^G27 the second^G1208 epistle^G1992 that I^G1125 write^G1125 unto you;^G5213 and in^G1722 both of them^G3739 I stir up^G1326 your^G5216 sincere mind^G1271 by putting you in^G1722 remembrance;^G5280

that which^G3739 we have seen^G3708 and^G2532 heard^G191 declare we^G518 unto you^G5213 also,^G2532 that^G2443 ye^G5210 also^G2532 may have^G2192 fellowship^G2842 with^G3326 us:^G2257 yea, and^G2532 our^G2251 fellowship^G2842 is with^G3326 the Father,^G3962 and^G2532 with^G3326 his^G846 Son^G5207 Jesus^G2424 Christ:^G5547

They went^G1831 out from^G1537 us,^G2257 but^G235 they were^G2258 not^G3756 of^G1537 us;^G2257 for^G1063 if^G1487 they had been^G2258 of^G1537 us,^G2257 they would^G302 have continued^G3306 with^G3326 us:^G2257 but^G235 [they went out], that^G2443 they might be made manifest^G5319 that^G3754 they all^G3956 are^G1526 not^G3756 of^G1537 us.^G2257
