And we have brought^H7126 Jehovah's^H3068 oblation,^H7133 what every man^H376 hath gotten,^H4672 of jewels^H3627 of gold,^H2091 ankle-chains,^H685 and bracelets,^H6781 signet-rings,^H2885 ear-rings,^H5694 and armlets,^H3558 to make atonement^H3722 for our souls^H5315 before^H6440 Jehovah.^H3068

And they made^H5414 a proclamation^H6963 through Judah^H3063 and Jerusalem,^H3389 to bring in^H935 for Jehovah^H3068 the tax^H4864 that Moses^H4872 the servant^H5650 of God^H430 laid upon Israel^H3478 in the wilderness.^H4057

And some from among the heads^H7218 of^H7117 fathers'^H1 [houses] gave^H5414 unto the work.^H4399 The governor^H8660 gave^H5414 to the treasury^H214 a thousand^H505 darics^H1871 of gold,^H2091 fifty^H2572 basins,^H4219 five^H2568 hundred^H3967 and thirty^H7970 priests'^H3548 garments.^H3801

Surely the isles^H339 shall wait^H6960 for me, and the ships^H591 of Tarshish^H8659 first,^H7223 to bring^H935 thy sons^H1121 from far,^H7350 their silver^H3701 and their gold^H2091 with them, for the name^H8034 of Jehovah^H3068 thy God,^H430 and for the Holy One^H6918 of Israel,^H3478 because he hath glorified^H6286 thee.

And I decked^H5710 thee with ornaments,^H5716 and I put^H5414 bracelets^H6781 upon thy hands,^H3027 and a chain^H7242 on thy neck.^H1627
