And it came to pass on the way^H1870 at the lodging-place,^H4411 that Jehovah^H3068 met^H6298 him, and sought^H1245 to kill^H4191 him.

Seven^H7651 days^H3117 shall there be no leaven^H7603 found^H4672 in your houses:^H1004 for whosoever eateth^H398 that which is leavened,^H2556 that soul^H5315 shall be cut off^H3772 from the congregation^H5712 of Israel,^H3478 whether he be a sojourner,^H1616 or one that is born^H249 in the land.^H776

Whosoever^H834 shall make^H6213 like unto that, to smell^H7306 thereof, he shall be cut off^H3772 from his people.^H5971

For whosoever eateth^H398 the fat^H2459 of the beast,^H929 of which men offer^H7126 an offering made by fire^H801 unto Jehovah,^H3068 even the soul^H5315 that eateth^H398 it shall be cut off^H3772 from his people.^H5971

For whosoever shall do^H6213 any of these abominations,^H8441 even the souls^H5315 that do^H6213 them shall be cut off^H3772 from among^H7130 their people.^H5971

But the soul^H5315 that doeth^H6213 aught with a high hand,^H7311 whether he be home-born^H249 or a sojourner,^H4480 the same blasphemeth^H1442 Jehovah;^H3068 and that soul^H5315 shall be cut off^H3772 from among^H7130 his people.^H5971

He hath put forth^H7971 his hands^H3027 against such as were at peace^H7965 with him: He hath profaned^H2490 his covenant.^H1285

The highways^H4546 lie waste,^H8074 the wayfaring man^H5674 ceaseth:^H7673 [the enemy] hath broken^H6565 the covenant,^H1285 he hath despised^H3988 the cities,^H5892 he regardeth^H2803 not man.^H582
