For in that day^H3117 they shall cast away^H3988 every man^H376 his idols^H457 of silver,^H3701 and his idols^H457 of gold,^H2091 which your own hands^H3027 have made^H6213 unto you for a sin.^H2399

ye that inflame^H2552 yourselves among the oaks,^H410 under every green^H7488 tree;^H6086 that slay^H7819 the children^H3206 in the valleys,^H5158 under the clefts^H5585 of the rocks?^H5553

They that sanctify^H6942 themselves and purify^H2891 themselves [to go] unto the gardens,^H1593 behind^H310 one^H259 in the midst,^H8432 eating^H398 swine's^H2386 flesh,^H1320 and the abomination,^H8263 and the mouse,^H5909 they shall come to an end^H5486 together,^H3162 saith^H5002 Jehovah.^H3068

Moreover Jehovah^H3068 said^H559 unto me in the days^H3117 of Josiah^H2977 the king,^H4428 Hast thou seen^H7200 that which backsliding^H4878 Israel^H3478 hath done?^H6213 she is gone up^H1980 upon every high^H1364 mountain^H2022 and under^H8478 every green^H7488 tree,^H6086 and there hath played the harlot.^H2181

that thou mayest remember,^H2142 and be confounded,^H954 and never open^H6610 thy mouth^H6310 any more, because^H6440 of thy shame,^H3639 when I have forgiven^H3722 thee all that thou hast done,^H6213 saith^H5002 the Lord^H136 Jehovah.^H3069

They sacrifice^H2076 upon the tops^H7218 of the mountains,^H2022 and burn incense^H6999 upon the hills,^H1389 under oaks^H437 and poplars^H3839 and terebinths,^H424 because the shadow^H6738 thereof is good:^H2896 therefore your daughters^H1323 play the harlot,^H2181 and your brides^H3618 commit adultery.^H5003

Assyria^H804 shall not save^H3467 us; we will not ride^H7392 upon horses;^H5483 neither will we say^H559 any more to the work^H4639 of our hands,^H3027 [Ye are] our gods;^H430 for in thee the fatherless^H3490 findeth mercy.^H7355

What^G5101 fruit^G2590 then^G5119 had ye^G2192 at that time in^G1909 the things whereof^G3739 ye are^G1870 now^G3568 ashamed?^G1870 for^G1063 the end^G5056 of those things^G1565 is death.^G2288
