and said,^H559 By myself have I sworn,^H7650 saith^H5002 Jehovah,^H3068 because^H3282 thou hast done^H6213 this thing,^H1697 and hast not^H3808 withheld^H2820 thy son,^H1121 thine only^H3173 son,

God^H410 is not a man,^H376 that he should lie,^H3576 Neither the son^H1121 of man,^H120 that he should repent:^H5162 Hath he said,^H559 and will he not do^H6213 it? Or hath he spoken,^H1696 and will he not make it good?^H6965

And they sware^H7650 unto Jehovah^H3068 with a loud^H1419 voice,^H6963 and with shouting,^H8643 and with trumpets,^H2689 and with cornets.^H7782

But the king^H4428 shall rejoice^H8055 in God:^H430 Every one that sweareth^H7650 by him shall glory;^H1984 For the mouth^H6310 of them that speak^H1696 lies^H8267 shall be stopped.^H5534

How he sware^H7650 unto Jehovah,^H3068 And vowed^H5087 unto the Mighty^H46 One of Jacob:^H3290

and the residue^H7605 of the number^H4557 of the archers,^H7198 the mighty men^H1368 of the children^H1121 of Kedar,^H6938 shall be few;^H4591 for Jehovah,^H3068 the God^H430 of Israel,^H3478 hath spoken^H1696 it.

I have not spoken^H1696 in secret,^H5643 in a place^H4725 of the land^H776 of darkness;^H2822 I said^H559 not unto the seed^H2233 of Jacob,^H3290 Seek^H1245 ye me in vain:^H8414 I, Jehovah,^H3068 speak^H1696 righteousness,^H6664 I declare^H5046 things that are right.^H4339

so that he who blesseth^H1288 himself in the earth^H776 shall bless^H1288 himself in the God^H430 of truth;^H543 and he that sweareth^H7650 in the earth^H776 shall swear^H7650 by the God^H430 of truth;^H543 because the former^H7223 troubles^H6869 are forgotten,^H7911 and because they are hid^H5641 from mine eyes.^H5869

For I have sworn^H7650 by myself, saith^H5002 Jehovah,^H3068 that Bozrah^H1224 shall become an astonishment,^H8047 a reproach,^H2781 a waste,^H2721 and a curse;^H7045 and all the cities^H5892 thereof shall be perpetual^H5769 wastes.^H2723

But^G235 what^G5101 saith^G3004 the answer of God^G5538 unto him?^G846 I have left^G2641 for myself^G1683 seven thousand^G2035 men,^G435 who^G3748 have^G2578 not^G3756 bowed^G2578 the knee^G1119 to^G896 Baal.^G896

that^G2443 in^G1722 the name^G3686 of Jesus^G2424 every^G3956 knee^G1119 should bow,^G2578 of^G2032 [things] in heaven^G2032 and^G2532 [things] on earth^G1919 and^G2532 [things] under the earth,^G2709
