The sceptre^H7626 shall not depart^H5493 from Judah,^H3063 Nor the ruler's^H2710 staff from between his feet,^H7272 Until^H3588 Shiloh^H7886 come;^H935 And unto him shall the obedience^H3349 of the peoples^H5971 be.

Ye shall therefore keep^H8104 my statutes,^H2708 and mine ordinances;^H4941 which^H834 if a man^H120 do,^H6213 he shall live^H2425 in them: I am Jehovah.^H3068

now therefore let it please^H2974 thee to bless^H1288 the house^H1004 of thy servant,^H5650 that it may continue for ever^H5769 before^H6440 thee; for thou, O Lord^H136 Jehovah,^H3069 hast spoken^H1696 it: and with thy blessing^H1293 let the house^H1004 of thy servant^H5650 be blessed^H1288 for ever.^H5769

O Jehovah^H3068 God,^H430 turn not away^H7725 the face^H6440 of thine anointed:^H4899 remember^H2142 thy lovingkindnesses^H2617 to David^H1732 thy servant.^H5650

My lovingkindness^H2617 will I keep^H8104 for him for evermore;^H5769 And my covenant^H1285 shall stand fast^H539 with him.

Once^H259 have I sworn^H7650 by my holiness:^H6944 I will not lie^H3576 unto David:^H1732

My son,^H1121 attend^H7181 to my words;^H1697 Incline^H5186 thine ear^H241 unto my sayings.^H561

In overflowing^H8241 wrath^H7110 I hid^H5641 my face^H6440 from thee for a moment;^H7281 but with everlasting^H5769 lovingkindness^H2617 will I have mercy^H7355 on thee, saith^H559 Jehovah^H3068 thy Redeemer.^H1350

but they shall serve^H5647 Jehovah^H3068 their God,^H430 and David^H1732 their king,^H4428 whom I will raise up^H6965 unto them.

Thus saith^H559 Jehovah:^H3068 If ye can break^H6565 my covenant^H1285 of the day,^H3117 and my covenant^H1285 of the night,^H3915 so that there shall not be day^H3119 and night^H3915 in their season;^H6256

But Jeremiah^H3414 said,^H559 They shall not deliver^H5414 thee. Obey,^H8085 I beseech thee, the voice^H6963 of Jehovah,^H3068 in that which I speak^H1696 unto thee: so it shall be well^H3190 with thee, and thy soul^H5315 shall live.^H2421

Nevertheless I will remember^H2142 my covenant^H1285 with thee in the days^H3117 of thy youth,^H5271 and I will establish^H6965 unto thee an everlasting^H5769 covenant.^H1285

And my servant^H5650 David^H1732 shall be king^H4428 over them; and they all shall have one^H259 shepherd:^H7462 they shall also walk^H3212 in mine ordinances,^H4941 and observe^H8104 my statutes,^H2708 and do^H6213 them.

But^G1161 blessed^G3107 are your^G5216 eyes,^G3788 for^G3754 they see;^G991 and^G2532 your^G5216 ears,^G3775 for^G3754 they hear.^G191

Verily,^G281 verily,^G281 I say^G3004 unto you,^G3754 He that^G3588 heareth^G191 my^G3450 word,^G3056 and^G2532 believeth^G4100 him that sent^G3992 me,^G3165 hath^G2192 eternal^G166 life,^G2222 and^{G2532 G2064} cometh^G2064 not^G3756 into^G1519 judgment,^G2920 but^G235 hath passed^G3327 out^G1537 of death^G2288 into^G1519 life.^G2222

He that is^G5607 of^G1537 God^G2316 heareth^G191 the words^G4487 of God:^G2316 for^G1223 this cause^G5124 ye^G5210 hear^G191 [them] not,^G3756 because^G3754 ye are^G2075 not^G3756 of^G1537 God.^G2316

And^G1161 as concerning that^G3754 he raised^G450 him^G846 up^G450 from^G1537 the dead,^G3498 now no more^G3371 to^G3195 return^G5290 to^G1519 corruption,^G1312 he hath spoken^G2046 on this wise,^G3754 I will give^G1325 you^G5213 the holy and sure^G4103 blessings^G3741 of David.^G1138

Now^G1161 the God^G2316 of peace,^G1515 who brought again^G321 from^G1537 the dead^G3498 the great^G3173 shepherd^G4166 of the sheep^G4263 with the^G1242 blood^G129 of an eternal^G166 covenant,^G1242 [even] our^G2257 Lord^G2962 Jesus,^G2424
