but if he say^H559 thus, I have no delight^H2654 in thee; behold, here am I, let him do^H6213 to me as seemeth^H5869 good^H2896 unto him.

Now be ye not stiffnecked,^H7185 as your fathers^H1 were; but yield^H5414 yourselves^H3027 unto Jehovah,^H3068 and enter^H935 into his sanctuary,^H4720 which he hath sanctified^H6942 for ever,^H5769 and serve^H5647 Jehovah^H3068 your God,^H430 that his fierce^H2740 anger^H639 may turn away^H7725 from you.

and he said,^H559 Naked^H6174 came I out^H3318 of my mother's^H517 womb,^H990 and naked^H6174 shall I return^H7725 thither: Jehovah^H3068 gave,^H5414 and Jehovah^H3068 hath taken away;^H3947 blessed^H1288 be the name^H8034 of Jehovah.^H3068

Then Job^H347 answered^H6030 Jehovah,^H3068 and said,^H559

Say^H559 unto God,^H430 How terrible^H3372 are thy works!^H4639 Through the greatness^H7230 of thy power^H5797 shall thine enemies^H341 submit^H3584 themselves unto thee.

Say^H559 thou unto the king^H4428 and to the queen-mother,^H1377 Humble^H8213 yourselves, sit down;^H3427 for your headtires^H4761 are come down,^H3381 even the crown^H5850 of your glory.^H8597

and thou shalt be driven^H2957 from^H4481 men;^H606 and thy dwelling^H4070 shall be with^H5974 the beasts^H2423 of the field;^H1251 thou shalt be made to eat^H2939 grass^H6211 as oxen;^H8450 and seven^H7655 times^H5732 shall pass^H2499 over^H5922 thee; until^H5705 thou know^H3046 that the Most High^H5943 ruleth^H7990 in the kingdom^H4437 of men,^H606 and giveth^H5415 it to whomsoever^H4479 he will.^H6634

And^G2532 the tempter^G3985 came^G4334 and said^G2036 unto him,^G846 If^G1487 thou art^G1488 the Son^G5207 of God,^G2316 command^G2036 that^G2443 these^G3778 stones^G3037 become^G1096 bread.^G740

And^G1161 he called^G154 for lights^G5457 and sprang in,^G1530 and,^{G2532 G1096} trembling^G1790 for fear, fell down^G4363 before Paul^G3972 and^G2532 Silas,^G4609

For^G1063 being ignorant of^G50 God's^G2316 righteousness,^G1343 and^G2532 seeking^G2212 to establish^G2476 their own,^{G2398 G1343} they did^G5293 not^G3756 subject themselves^G5293 to the righteousness^G1343 of God.^G2316

neither^G3383 give^G1325 place^G5117 to the devil.^G1228

Put on^G1746 the whole armor^G3833 of God,^G4314 that^G3588 ye^G5209 may be able^G1410 to stand^G2476 against^G4314 the wiles^G3180 of the devil.^G1228

Be subject^G5293 to every^G3956 ordinance^G2937 of man^G442 for^G1223 the Lord's sake:^G2962 whether^G1535 to the king,^G935 as^G5613 supreme;^G5242

Be sober,^G3525 be watchful:^{G1127 G3754} your^G5216 adversary^G476 the devil,^G1228 as^G5613 a roaring^G5612 lion,^G3023 walketh about,^G4043 seeking^G2212 whom^G5101 he may devour,^G2666
