Then said^H559 I, Lord,^H136 how long? And he answered,^H559 Until cities^H5892 be waste^H7582 without inhabitant,^H3427 and houses^H1004 without man,^H120 and the land^H127 become utterly^H8077 waste,^H7582

Therefore thus saith^H559 the Lord^H136 Jehovah:^H3069 Behold, mine anger^H639 and my wrath^H2534 shall be poured out^H5413 upon this place,^H4725 upon man,^H120 and upon beast,^H929 and upon the trees^H6086 of the field,^H7704 and upon the fruit^H6529 of the ground;^H127 and it shall burn,^H1197 and shall not be quenched.^H3518

When they fast,^H6684 I will not hear^H8085 their cry;^H7440 and when they offer^H5927 burnt-offering^H5930 and meal-offering,^H5930 I will not accept^H7521 them; but I will consume^H3615 them by the sword,^H2719 and by the famine,^H7458 and by the pestilence.^H1698

For thus saith^H559 Jehovah,^H3068 Behold, I will make^H5414 thee a terror^H4032 to thyself, and to all thy friends;^H157 and they shall fall^H5307 by the sword^H2719 of their enemies,^H341 and thine eyes^H5869 shall behold^H7200 it; and I will give^H5414 all Judah^H3063 into the hand^H3027 of the king^H4428 of Babylon,^H894 and he shall carry them captive^H1540 to Babylon,^H894 and shall slay^H5221 them with the sword.^H2719

Thus saith^H559 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts:^H6635 Yet again shall there be in this place,^H4725 which is waste,^H2720 without man^H120 and without beast,^H929 and in all the cities^H5892 thereof, a habitation^H5116 of shepherds^H7462 causing their flocks^H6629 to lie down.^H7257

And concerning Jehoiakim^H3079 king^H4428 of Judah^H3063 thou shalt say,^H559 Thus saith^H559 Jehovah:^H3068 Thou hast burned^H8313 this roll,^H4039 saying,^H559 Why hast thou written^H3789 therein, saying,^H559 The king^H4428 of Babylon^H894 shall certainly^H935 come^H935 and destroy^H7843 this land,^H776 and shall cause to cease^H7673 from thence man^H120 and beast?^H929

A third part^H7992 of thee shall die^H4191 with the pestilence,^H1698 and with famine^H7458 shall they be consumed^H3615 in the midst^H8432 of thee; and a third part^H7992 shall fall^H5307 by the sword^H2719 round about^H5439 thee; and a third part^H7992 I will scatter^H2219 unto all the winds,^H7307 and will draw out^H7324 a sword^H2719 after^H310 them.

But I will leave^H3498 a few^H4557 men^H582 of them from the sword,^H2719 from the famine,^H7458 and from the pestilence;^H1698 that they may declare^H5608 all their abominations^H8441 among the nations^H1471 whither they come;^H935 and they shall know^H3045 that I am Jehovah.^H3068

Or if I bring^H935 a sword^H2719 upon that land,^H776 and say,^H559 Sword,^H2719 go through^H5674 the land;^H776 so that I cut off^H3772 from it man^H120 and beast;^H929

For thus saith^H559 the Lord^H136 Jehovah:^H3069 How much more when I send^H7971 my four^H702 sore^H7451 judgments^H8201 upon Jerusalem,^H3389 the sword,^H2719 and the famine,^H7458 and the evil^H7451 beasts,^H2416 and the pestilence,^H1698 to cut off^H3772 from it man^H120 and beast!^H929

Then shall they know^H3045 that I am Jehovah,^H3068 when I have made^H5414 the land^H776 a desolation^H8077 and an astonishment,^H8077 because of all their abominations^H8441 which they have committed.^H6213

Therefore shall Zion^H6726 for your sake^H1558 be plowed^H2790 as a field,^H7704 and Jerusalem^H3389 shall become heaps,^H5856 and the mountain^H2022 of the house^H1004 as the high places^H1116 of a forest.^H3293

And^G2532 they shall fall^G4098 by the edge^G4750 of the sword,^G3162 and^G2532 shall be led captive^G163 into^G1519 all^G3956 the nations:^G1484 and^G2532 Jerusalem^G2419 shall be^G2071 trodden down^G3961 of^G5259 the Gentiles,^G1484 until^G891 the times^G2540 of the Gentiles^G1484 be fulfilled.^G4137
