And she said,^H559 The glory^H3519 is departed^H1540 from Israel;^H3478 for the ark^H727 of God^H430 is taken.^H3947

Then David^H1732 the king^H4428 stood up^H6965 upon his feet,^H7272 and said,^H559 Hear^H8085 me, my brethren,^H251 and my people:^H5971 as for me, it was in my heart^H3824 to build^H1129 a house^H1004 of rest^H4496 for the ark^H727 of the covenant^H1285 of Jehovah,^H3068 and for the footstool^H1916 of our God;^H430 and I had made ready^H3559 for the building.^H1129

Exalt^H7311 ye Jehovah^H3068 our God,^H430 And worship^H7812 at his footstool:^H7272 Holy^H6918 is he.

How art thou fallen^H5307 from heaven,^H8064 O day-star,^H1966 son^H1121 of the morning!^H7837 how art thou cut down^H1438 to the ground,^H776 that didst lay low^H2522 the nations!^H1471

All thy lovers^H157 have forgotten^H7911 thee; they seek^H1875 thee not: for I have wounded^H5221 thee with the wound^H4347 of an enemy,^H341 with the chastisement^H4148 of a cruel one,^H394 for the greatness^H7230 of thine iniquity,^H5771 because thy sins^H2403 were increased.^H6105

Is it nothing to you, all ye that pass^H5674 by?^H1870 Behold,^H5027 and see^H7200 if there be^H3426 any sorrow^H4341 like unto my sorrow,^H4341 which is brought^H5953 upon me, Wherewith Jehovah^H3068 hath afflicted^H3013 [me] in the day^H3117 of his fierce^H2740 anger.^H639

Thou hast covered^H5526 thyself with a cloud,^H6051 so that no prayer^H8605 can pass through.^H5674

Jehovah^H3068 hath accomplished^H3615 his wrath,^H2534 he hath poured out^H8210 his fierce^H2740 anger;^H639 And he hath kindled^H3341 a fire^H784 in Zion,^H6726 which hath devoured^H398 the foundations^H3247 thereof.

Therefore thus saith^H559 the Lord^H136 Jehovah:^H136 I will even rend^H1234 it with a stormy^H5591 wind^H7307 in my wrath;^H2534 and there shall be an overflowing^H7857 shower^H1653 in mine anger,^H639 and great hailstones^H417 in wrath^H2534 to consume^H3617 it.

You were the anointed^H4473 cherub^H3742 that covers:^H5526 and I set^H5414 you, [so that] you were upon the holy^H6944 mountain^H2022 of God;^H430 you have walked up and down^H1980 in the midst^H8432 of the stones^H68 of fire.^H784

And when I shall extinguish^H3518 thee, I will cover^H3680 the heavens,^H8064 and make^H6937 the stars^H3556 thereof dark;^H6937 I will cover^H3680 the sun^H8121 with a cloud,^H6051 and the moon^H3394 shall not give^H215 its light.^H216

And^G2532 you,^G4771 Capernaum,^G2584 shall you be exalted^G5312 unto^G2193 heaven?^G3772 you shall go down^G2601 unto^G2193 Hades:^G86 for^G3754 if^G1487 the mighty works^G1411 had been done^G1096 in^G1722 Sodom^G4670 which were done^G1096 in^G1722 thee,^G4671 it^G3306 would have^G302 remained^G3306 until^G3360 this day.^G4594

And^G1161 he said^G2036 unto them,^G846 I beheld^G2334 Satan^G4567 fallen^G4098 as^G5613 lightning^G796 from^G1537 heaven.^G3772
