For thou hast maintained^H6213 my right^H4941 and my cause;^H1779 Thou sittest^H3427 in the throne^H3678 judging^H8199 righteously.^H6664

[ A Psalm of David.^H1732] Judge^H8199 me, O Jehovah,^H3068 for I have walked^H1980 in mine integrity:^H8537 I have trusted^H982 also in Jehovah^H3068 without wavering.^H4571

Stir up^H5782 thyself, and awake^H6974 to the justice^H4941 [due] unto me, [Even] unto my cause,^H7379 my God^H430 and my Lord.^H136

But I was like a gentle^H441 lamb^H3532 that is led^H2986 to the slaughter;^H2873 and I knew^H3045 not that they had devised^H2803 devices^H4284 against me, [saying], Let us destroy^H7843 the tree^H6086 with the fruit^H3899 thereof, and let us cut him off^H3772 from the land^H776 of the living,^H2416 that his name^H8034 may be no more remembered.^H2142

Woe^H188 is me, my mother,^H517 that thou hast borne^H3205 me a man^H376 of strife^H7379 and a man^H376 of contention^H4066 to the whole earth!^H776 I have not lent,^H5383 neither have men lent^H5383 to me; [yet] every one of them doth curse^H7043 me.

O Jehovah,^H3068 thou hast persuaded^H6601 me, and I was persuaded;^H6601 thou art stronger^H2388 than I, and hast prevailed:^H3201 I am become a laughing-stock^H7814 all the day,^H3117 every one mocketh^H3932 me.

To subvert^H5791 a man^H120 in his cause,^H7379 the Lord^H136 approveth^H7200 not.
