If ye say,^H559 How we will persecute^H7291 him! And that the root^H8328 of the matter^H1697 is found^H4672 in me;

And^G2532 blessed^G3107 is^G2076 he,^G3739 whosoever^G1437 shall^G4624 find no^G3361 occasion of stumbling^G4624 in^G1722 me.^G1698

yet^G1161 hath he^G2192 not^G3756 root^G4491 in^G1722 himself,^G1438 but^G235 endureth^G2076 for a while;^G4340 and when^G1161 tribulation^G2347 or^G2228 persecution^G1375 ariseth^G1096 because of^G1223 the word,^G3056 straightway^G2117 he stumbleth.^G4624

And^G1161 other^G243 fell^G4098 on^G1909 the rocky [ground],^G4075 where^G3699 it had^G2192 not^G3756 much^G4183 earth;^G1093 and^G2532 straightway^G2112 it sprang up,^G1816 because^G1223 it had^G2192 no^G3361 deepness^G899 of earth:^G1093
