Jehovah^H3068 bringeth^H6331 the counsel^H6098 of the nations^H1471 to nought;^H6331 He maketh^H5106 the thoughts^H4284 of the peoples^H5971 to be of no effect.^H5106

There is no wisdom^H2451 nor understanding^H8394 Nor counsel^H6098 against Jehovah.^H3068

that there came^H935 men^H582 from Shechem,^H7927 from Shiloh,^H7887 and from Samaria,^H8111 even fourscore^H8084 men,^H376 having their beards^H2206 shaven^H1548 and their clothes^H899 rent,^H7167 and having cut^H1413 themselves, with meal-offerings^H4503 and frankincense^H3828 in their hand,^H3027 to bring^H935 them to the house^H1004 of Jehovah.^H3068
