keeping^H5341 lovingkindness^H2617 for thousands,^H505 forgiving^H5375 iniquity^H5771 and transgression^H6588 and sin;^H2403 and that will by no means^H5352 clear^H5352 [the guilty], visiting^H6485 the iniquity^H5771 of the fathers^H1 upon the children,^H1121 and upon the children's^H1121 children, upon the third^H8029 and upon the fourth^H7256 generation.

then I will walk^H1980 contrary^H7147 unto you in wrath;^H2534 and I also^H637 will chastise^H3256 you seven times^H7651 for your sins.^H2403

For Jehovah^H3068 thy God^H430 is a devouring^H398 fire,^H784 a jealous^H7067 God.^H430

Is not this laid up in store^H3647 with me, Sealed up^H2856 among my treasures?^H214

If I whet^H8150 my glittering^H1300 sword,^H2719 And my hand^H3027 take hold^H270 on judgment;^H4941 I will render^H7725 vengeance^H5359 to mine adversaries,^H6862 And will recompense^H7999 them that hate^H8130 me.

When he is about to fill^H4390 his belly,^H990 [God] will cast^H7971 the fierceness^H2740 of his wrath^H639 upon him, And will rain^H4305 it upon him while he is eating.^H3894

Jehovah^H3068 will go forth^H3318 as a mighty man;^H1368 he will stir up^H5782 [his] zeal^H7068 like a man^H376 of war:^H4421 he will cry,^H7321 yea, he will shout aloud;^H6873 he will do mightily^H1396 against his enemies.^H341

Thy sons^H1121 have fainted,^H5968 they lie^H7901 at the head^H7218 of all the streets,^H2351 as an antelope^H8377 in a net;^H4364 they are full^H4392 of the wrath^H2534 of Jehovah,^H3068 the rebuke^H1606 of thy God.^H430

I have trodden^H1869 the winepress^H6333 alone; and of the peoples^H5971 there was no^H376 man with me: yea, I trod^H1869 them in mine anger,^H639 and trampled^H7429 them in my wrath;^H2534 and their lifeblood^H5332 is sprinkled^H5137 upon my garments,^H899 and I have stained^H1351 all my raiment.^H4403

Will he retain^H5201 [his anger] for ever?^H5769 will he keep^H8104 it to the end?^H5331 Behold, thou hast spoken^H1696 and hast done^H6213 evil things,^H7451 and hast had thy way.^H3201

For thus saith^H559 Jehovah,^H3068 the God^H430 of Israel,^H3478 unto me: take^H3947 this cup^H3563 of the wine^H3196 of wrath^H2534 at my hand,^H3027 and cause all the nations,^H1471 to whom I send^H7971 thee, to drink^H8248 it.

Shout^H7321 against her round about:^H5439 she hath submitted^H5414 herself;^H3027 her bulwarks^H803 are fallen,^H5307 her walls^H2346 are thrown down;^H2040 for it is the vengeance^H5360 of Jehovah:^H3068 take vengeance^H5358 upon her; as she hath done,^H6213 do^H6213 unto her.

Thus shall mine anger^H639 be accomplished,^H3615 and I will cause my wrath^H2534 toward them to rest,^H5117 and I shall be comforted;^H5162 and they shall know^H3045 that I, Jehovah,^H3068 have spoken^H1696 in my zeal,^H7068 when I have accomplished^H3615 my wrath^H2534 upon them.

Therefore will I also deal^H6213 in wrath;^H2534 mine eye^H5869 shall not spare,^H2347 neither will I have pity;^H2550 and though they cry^H7121 in mine ears^H241 with a loud^H1419 voice,^H6963 yet will I not hear^H8085 them.

And it shall come to pass in that day,^H3117 when^H3117 Gog^H1463 shall come^H935 against the land^H127 of Israel,^H3478 saith^H5002 the Lord^H136 Jehovah,^H3069 that my wrath^H2534 shall come up^H5927 into my nostrils.^H639

Then was Jehovah^H3068 jealous^H7065 for his land,^H776 and had pity^H2550 on his people.^H5971

Who is a God^H410 like unto thee, that pardoneth^H5375 iniquity,^H5771 and passeth over^H5674 the transgression^H6588 of the remnant^H7611 of his heritage?^H5159 he retaineth^H2388 not his anger^H639 for ever,^H5703 because he delighteth^H2654 in lovingkindness.^H2617

Thus saith^H559 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts:^H6635 I am jealous^H7065 for Zion^H6726 with great^H1419 jealousy,^H7068 and I am jealous^H7065 for her with great^H1419 wrath.^H2534

Avenge^G1556 not^G3361 yourselves,^G1438 beloved,^G27 but^G235 give^G1325 place^G5117 unto the wrath^G3709 [of God]: for^G1063 it is written,^G1125 Vengeance^G1557 belongeth unto me;^G1698 I^G1473 will recompense,^G467 saith^G3004 the Lord.^G2962

For^G1063 we know^G1492 him that said,^G2036 Vengeance^G1557 belongeth unto me,^G1698 I^G1473 will recompense.^{G467 G3004 G2962} And^G2532 again,^G3825 The Lord^G2962 shall judge^G2919 his^G846 people.^G2992
