According as I have seen,^H7200 they that plow^H2790 iniquity,^H205 And sow^H2232 trouble,^H5999 reap^H7114 the same.

In the mouth^H6310 of the foolish^H191 is a rod^H2415 for [his] pride;^H1346 But the lips^H8193 of the wise^H2450 shall preserve^H8104 them.

Ho Assyrian,^H804 the rod^H7626 of^H1945 mine anger,^H639 the staff^H4294 in whose hand^H3027 is mine indignation!^H2195

Rejoice^H8055 not, O Philistia,^H6429 all of thee, because the rod^H7626 that smote^H5221 thee is broken;^H7665 for out of the serpent's^H5175 root^H8328 shall come forth^H3318 an adder,^H6848 and his fruit^H6529 shall be a fiery^H8314 flying^H5774 serpent.^H8314
