Thou shalt not take^H5375 the name^H8034 of Jehovah^H3068 thy God^H430 in vain;^H7723 for Jehovah^H3068 will not hold him guiltless^H5352 that taketh^H5375 his name^H8034 in vain.^H7723

And it shall be, when Jehovah^H3068 thy God^H430 shall bring^H935 thee into the land^H776 which he sware^H7650 unto thy fathers,^H1 to Abraham,^H85 to Isaac,^H3327 and to Jacob,^H3290 to give^H5414 thee, great^H1419 and goodly^H2896 cities,^H5892 which thou buildest^H1129 not,

And thou shalt eat^H398 and be full,^H7646 and thou shalt bless^H1288 Jehovah^H3068 thy God^H430 for the good^H2896 land^H776 which he hath given^H5414 thee.

But Jeshurun^H3484 waxed fat,^H8080 and kicked:^H1163 Thou art waxed fat,^H8080 thou art grown thick,^H5666 thou art become sleek;^H3780 Then he forsook^H5203 God^H433 who made^H6213 him, And lightly esteemed^H5034 the Rock^H6697 of his salvation.^H3444

Now therefore let not^H3808 Hezekiah^H2396 deceive^H5377 you, nor persuade^H5496 you after this manner, neither believe^H539 ye him; for no god^H433 of any nation^H1471 or kingdom^H4467 was able^H3201 to deliver^H5337 his people^H5971 out of my hand,^H3027 and out of the hand^H3027 of my fathers:^H1 how much less shall your God^H430 deliver^H5337 you out of my hand?^H3027

Men do not despise^H936 a thief,^H1590 if he steal^H1589 To satisfy^H4390 himself^H5315 when he is hungry:^H7456

Behold, this was the iniquity^H5771 of thy sister^H269 Sodom:^H5467 pride,^H1347 fulness^H7653 of bread,^H3899 and prosperous^H7962 ease^H8252 was in her and in her daughters;^H1323 neither did she strengthen^H2388 the hand^H3027 of the poor^H6041 and needy.^H34

The sentence^H6600 is by the decree^H1510 of the watchers,^H5894 and the demand^H7595 by the word^H3983 of the holy ones;^H6922 to^H5705 the intent^H1701 that the living^H2417 may know^H3046 that the Most High^H5943 ruleth^H7990 in the kingdom^H4437 of men,^H606 and giveth^H5415 it to whomsoever^H4479 he will,^H6634 and setteth up^H6966 over^H5922 it the lowest^H8215 of men.^H606
