And if a man's^H376 hair be fallen^H4803 off his head,^H7218 he is bald;^H7142 [yet] is he clean.^H2889

and when Jehovah^H3068 thy God^H430 shall deliver^H5414 them up before^H6440 thee, and thou shalt smite^H5221 them; then thou shalt utterly^H2763 destroy^H2763 them: thou shalt make^H3772 no covenant^H1285 with them, nor show mercy^H2603 unto them;

Wherefore I also said,^H559 I will not drive them out^H1644 from before^H6440 you; but they shall be [as thorns] in your sides,^H6654 and their gods^H430 shall be a snare^H4170 unto you.

Establish^H3559 my footsteps^H6471 in thy word;^H565 And let not any iniquity^H205 have dominion^H7980 over me.

that,^G2443 as^G5618 sin^G266 reigned^G936 in^G1722 death,^G2288 even^G2532 so^G3779 might^G936 grace^G5485 reign^G936 through^G1223 righteousness^G1343 unto^G1519 eternal^G166 life^G2222 through^G1223 Jesus^G2424 Christ^G5547 our^G2257 Lord.^G2962

Know ye^G1492 not,^G3756 that^G3754 to whom^G3739 ye present^G3936 yourselves^G1438 [as] servants^G1401 unto^G1519 obedience,^G5218 his servants^G1401 ye are^G2075 whom^G3739 ye obey;^G5219 whether^G2273 of sin^G266 unto^G1519 death,^G2288 or^G2228 of obedience^G5218 unto^G1519 righteousness?^G1343

But^G1161 if^G1487 the Spirit^G4151 of him that raised up^G1453 Jesus^G2424 from^G1537 the dead^G3498 dwelleth^G3611 in^G1722 you,^G5213 he that raised up^G1453 Christ^G5547 Jesus from^G1537 the dead^G3498 shall^G2227 give life^G2227 also^G2532 to your^G5216 mortal^G2349 bodies^G4983 through^G1223 his^G846 Spirit^G4151 that dwelleth^G1774 in^G1722 you.^G5213

But^G235 put ye on^G1746 the Lord^G2962 Jesus^G2424 Christ,^G5547 and^G2532 make^G4160 not^G3361 provision^G4307 for the flesh,^G4561 to^G1519 [fulfil] the lusts^G1939 [thereof].

For^G1063 we^G2249 who live^G2198 are always^G104 delivered^G3860 unto^G1519 death^G2288 for^G1223 Jesus'^G2424 sake, that^G2443 the life^G2222 also^G2532 of Jesus^G2424 may be manifested^G5319 in^G1722 our^G2257 mortal^G2349 flesh.^G4561

But I say,^{G3004 G1161} walk^G4043 by the Spirit,^G4151 and^G2532 ye shall^G5055 not^{G3756 G3361} fulfil^G5055 the lust^G1939 of the flesh.^G4561

among^G1722 whom^G3739 we^G2249 also^G2532 all^G3956 once^G4218 lived^G390 in^G1722 the lust^G1939 of our^G2257 flesh,^G4561 doing^G4160 the desires^G2307 of the flesh^G4561 and^G2532 of the mind,^G1271 and^G2532 were^G1510 by nature^G5449 children^G5043 of wrath,^G3709 even^G2532 as^G5613 the rest: —^G3062

not^G3361 in^G1722 the passion^G1939 of lust,^G3806 even^G2532 as^G2509 the Gentiles^G1484 who^G3588 know^G1492 not^G3361 God;^G2316

instructing^G3811 us,^G2248 to the intent that,^G2443 denying^G720 ungodliness^G763 and^G2532 worldly^G2886 lusts,^G1939 we should live^G2198 soberly^G4996 and righteously^G1346 and^G2532 godly^G2153 in^G1722 this^G3588 present^G3568 world;^G165

but^G1161 each man^G1538 is tempted,^G3985 when he is drawn away^G1828 by^G5259 his own^G2398 lust,^G1939 and^G2532 enticed.^G1185

as^G5613 children^G5043 of obedience,^G5218 not^G3361 fashioning yourselves according to^G4964 your former^G4386 lusts^G1939 in^G1722 [the time of] your^G5216 ignorance:^G52

that^G1519 ye^G980 no longer^G3371 should live^G980 the rest^G1954 of^G5550 your time^G5550 in^G1722 the flesh^G4561 to the lusts^G1939 of men,^G444 but^G235 to the will^G2307 of God.^G2316

These^G3778 are^G1526 murmurers,^G1113 complainers,^G3202 walking^G4198 after^G2596 their lusts^G1939 (and^G2532 their^G846 mouth^G4750 speaketh^G2980 great swelling^G5246 [words]), showing^G2296 respect^G2296 of^G5484 persons^G4383 for the sake of^G5484 advantage.^G5622
