TSK · Zephaniah 3:2

But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken^H8085 unto the voice^H6963 of Jehovah^H3068 thy God,^H430 to observe^H8104 to do^H6213 all his commandments^H4687 and his statutes^H2708 which I command^H6680 thee this day,^H3117 that all these curses^H7045 shall come^H935 upon thee, and overtake^H5381 thee.

The wicked,^H7563 in the pride^H1363 of his countenance,^H639 [saith], He will not require^H1875 [it]. All his thoughts^H4209 are, There is no God.^H430

But^H589 it is good^H2896 for me to draw near^H7132 unto God:^H430 I have made^H7896 the Lord^H136 Jehovah^H136 my refuge,^H4268 That I may tell^H5608 of all thy works.^H4399

The fear^H3374 of Jehovah^H3068 is the beginning^H7225 of knowledge;^H1847 [But] the foolish^H191 despise^H936 wisdom^H2451 and instruction.^H4148

Why will ye be still stricken,^H5221 that ye revolt^H5627 more and more?^H3254 the whole head^H7218 is sick,^H2483 and the whole heart^H3824 faint.^H2483

And the Lord^H136 said,^H559 Forasmuch^H3282 as this people^H5971 draw nigh^H5066 [unto me], and with their mouth^H6310 and with their lips^H8193 to honor^H3513 me, but have removed^H7368 their heart^H3820 far^H7368 from me, and their fear^H3374 of me is a commandment^H3925 of men^H582 which hath been taught^H3925 [them];

Woe^H1945 to them that go down^H3381 to Egypt^H4714 for help,^H5833 and rely^H8172 on horses,^H5483 and trust^H982 in chariots^H7393 because they are many,^H7227 and in horsemen^H6571 because they are very^H3966 strong,^H6105 but they look^H8159 not unto the Holy One^H6918 of Israel,^H3478 neither seek^H1875 Jehovah!^H3068

In vain^H7723 have I smitten^H5221 your children;^H1121 they received^H3947 no correction:^H4148 your own sword^H2719 hath devoured^H398 your prophets,^H5030 like a destroying^H7843 lion.^H738

but this thing^H1697 I commanded^H6680 them, saying,^H559 Hearken^H8085 unto my voice,^H6963 and I will be your God,^H430 and ye shall be my people;^H5971 and walk^H1980 ye in all the way^H1870 that I command^H6680 you, that it may be well^H3190 with you.

I spake^H1696 unto thee in thy prosperity;^H7962 but thou saidst,^H559 I will not hear.^H8085 This hath been thy manner^H1870 from thy youth,^H5271 that thou obeyedst^H8085 not my voice.^H6963

Thus saith^H559 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts,^H6635 the God^H430 of Israel:^H3478 Go,^H1980 and say^H559 to the men^H376 of Judah^H3063 and the inhabitants^H3427 of Jerusalem,^H3389 Will ye not receive^H3947 instruction^H4148 to hearken^H8085 to my words?^H1697 saith^H5002 Jehovah.^H3068

In thy filthiness^H2932 is lewdness:^H2154 because I have cleansed^H2891 thee and thou wast not cleansed,^H2891 thou shalt not be cleansed^H2891 from thy filthiness^H2932 any more, till I have caused my wrath^H2534 toward thee to rest.^H5117

But they refused^H3985 to hearken,^H7181 and pulled away^H5414 the shoulder,^H3802 and stopped^H3513 their ears,^H241 that they might not hear.^H8085

let us draw near^G4334 with^G3326 a true^G228 heart^G2588 in^G1722 fulness^G4136 of faith,^G4102 having^G4472 our hearts^G2588 sprinkled^G4472 from^G575 an^G4893 evil^G4190 conscience:^G4893 and^G2532 having our body^G4983 washed^G3068 with pure^G2513 water,^G5204
