And all the house of Ioseph and his brethren, and his fathers house: onlye their chyldren, and their sheepe, & their cattell, left they behynde in the lande of Gosen.
Moyses and Aaron went in afterward and told Pharao, Thus sayeth the Lorde God of Israel: let my people go, that they maye holde a feast vnto me in the wyldernesse.
And Pharao called for Moyses and Aaron, and sayd: Go, and do sacrifice vnto your God in this lande.
Seuen dayes thou shalt eate vnleauened bread, and in the seuenth daye it is the feast of the Lorde.
Gather the people together, men, women, and children, and the straunger that is within thy gates, that they may heare, and learne, and feare the Lorde your God, and kepe and obserue all the wordes of this lawe,
Young men and maydens, olde men with children,
Remember thy maker the sooner in thy youth, or euer the dayes of aduersitie come, and or the yeres drawe nye when thou shalt say, I haue not pleasure in them:
Fathers prouoke not your children to wrath: but bring them vp in instruction and information of the Lorde.
