And they vnderstoode not that saying which he spake vnto them.

And he sayde vnto them: O fooles and slowe of heart, to beleue all that the prophetes haue spoken.

This prouerbe spake Iesus vnto them: But they vnderstoode not what thynges they were, which he spake vnto them.

These thynges haue I sayde vnto you, because ye shoulde not be offended.
