He destroyeth the deuices of the subtyll, so that their handes are not able to perfourme that which they do enterprise.

Let them alone, they be the blynde leaders of the blynde. If the blynde leade the blynde, both shall fall into the dytche.

And they aunswered vnto Iesus, and sayde: we can not tell. And he saide vnto them: neither tell I you, by what aucthoritie I do these thynges.

And if I aske you, you wyll not aunswere me, nor let me go.
