When he saw the multitude, he went vp into a mountayne: & when he was set, his disciples came to hym.

It shall not be so among you: But whosoeuer wyll be great among you, let hym be your minister:

And there was deliuered vnto hym the booke of the prophete Esaias: And whe he had opened the booke, he founde the place where it was written,

And coulde not fynde what to do: For all the people stacke by hym, when they hearde hym.

And when Peter sawe that, he aunswered vnto the people: Ye men of Israel, why maruayle ye at this, or why loke ye so on vs, as though by our owne power or godlynesse, we had made this man to go?

And on the day of the Sabbothes, we went out of the citie, besydes a ryuer, where prayer was wont to be made: And we sate downe, and spake vnto the women which resorted thyther.
