A true balaunce, a true weight, a true Epha, a true Hin shalbe amoge you. For I am the LORDE youre God, which brought you out of the londe of Egipte,

A false balaunce is an abhominacion vnto the LORDE, but a true weight pleaseth him.

The LORDE abhorreth two maner of weightes, and a false balauce is an euell thinge.

But the marchaunt hath a false weight in his honde, he hath a pleasure to occupie extorcion.

Or shulde I iustfie the false balaunces and the bagge of disceatfull weightes,
