Back to passage

And God called the dry land, Earth, and he called the gathering together of the waters, Seas: and God sawe that it was good.

For in sixe dayes the Lord made the heauen and the earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seuenth day: therefore the Lorde blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it.

And lest thou lift vp thine eyes vnto heauen, and when thou seest the sunne & the moone and the starres with all the host of heauen, shouldest bee driuen to worship them and serue them, which the Lord thy God hath distributed to all people vnder the whole heauen.

And Hezekiah prayed before the Lorde, and saide, O Lorde God of Israel, which dwellest betweene the Cherubims, thou art very God alone ouer all the kingdomes of the earth: thou hast made the heauen and the earth.

Huram sayd moreouer, Blessed be the Lord God of Israel, which made the heauen and the earth, and that hath giuen vnto Dauid the King a wise sonne, that hath discretion, prudence and vnderstanding to buylde an house for the Lorde, and a palace for his kingdome.

Job 12:9 TSK

Who is ignorant of all these, but that the hande of the Lord hath made these?

For he spake, and it was done: he commanded, and it stood.

Which couereth himselfe with light as with a garment, and spreadeth the heauens like a curtaine.

Which made heauen and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth his fidelitie for euer:

Lift vp your eyes on hie, and beholde who hath created these things, and bringeth out their armies by nomber, and calleth them all by names? by the greatnesse of his power & mightie strength nothing faileth.

I haue made the earth, and created man vpon it: I, whose hands haue spred out the heauens, I haue euen commanded all their armie.

Surely mine hand hath laid the foundation of the earth, and my right hand hath spanned the heaues: when I cal them, they stand vp together.

For lo, I will create newe heauens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembred nor come into minde.

He hath made the earth by his power, and established the worlde by his wisedome, and hath stretched out the heauen by his discretion.

The burden of the worde of the Lorde vpon Israel, sayth the Lorde, which spred the heauens, and layed the foundation of the earth, and formed the spirite of man within him.

Acts 4:24 TSK

And when they heard it, they lift vp their voyces to God with one accord, and said, O Lord, thou art the God which hast made the heaue, and the earth, the sea, and all things that are in them,

For we which haue beleeued, doe enter into rest, as he said to the other, As I haue sworne in my wrath, If they shall enter into my rest: although the workes were finished from the foundation of the world.
