And said, Syr, we remember that that deceiuer saide, while he was yet aliue, Within three dayes I will rise.

And when Iesus sawe his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loued, he said vnto his mother, Woman, beholde thy sonne.

And they said vnto her, Woman, why weepest thou? She said vnto them, They haue taken away my Lord, and I know not where they haue laide him.

Therefore said the disciple whom Iesus loued, vnto Peter, It is the Lord. When Simon Peter heard that it was the Lorde, he girded his coate to him (for he was naked) and cast himselfe into the sea.

This is that disciple, which testifieth of these things, and wrote these things, and we know that his testimonie is true.
