And the people answered all together, and sayd, All that the Lord hath commaunded, we will doe; Moses reported the wordes of the people vnto the Lord.

But Pharaoh saide vnto him, What hast thou lacked with me, that thou wouldest thus go to thine owne countrey? And he answered, Nothing, but in any wise let me goe.

(39:37) Beholde, I am vile: what shall I answere thee? I will lay mine hand vpon my mouth.

Pride goeth before destruction, and an high minde before the fall.

The pride of a man shall bring him lowe: but the humble in spirit shall enioy glory.

The heart is deceitfull and wicked aboue all things, who can knowe it?

Peter sayd vnto him, Lord, why can I not followe thee now? I will lay downe my life for thy sake.
