The sluggard lusteth, but his soule hath nought: but the soule of the diligent shall haue plentie.

For without knowledge the minde is not good, and he that hasteth with his feete, sinneth.

Be diligent to know ye state of thy flocke, and take heede to the heardes.

Seest thou a man hastie in his matters? there is more hope of a foole, then of him.

And that ye studie to be quiet, & to meddle with your owne busines, and to worke with your owne handes, as we commaunded you,
