Where wast thou when I layd the foundations of the earth? Declare, if thou hast vnderstanding,

Which by his wisedome made the heauens: for his mercie endureth for euer:

When he gaue his decree to the Sea, that the waters shoulde not passe his commaundement: when he appointed the foundations of the earth,

He hath made the earth by his power, & established the world by his wisedome, and hath stretched out the heauen by his discretion.
