The Table of Nations This is the account of Noah’s sons: Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Sons were born to them after the flood.

They defeated all the cities surrounding Gerar, for the LORD caused them to panic. The men of Judah looted all the cities, for they contained a huge amount of goods.

All the kingdoms of the surrounding lands were afraid of God when they heard how the LORD had fought against Israel’s enemies.

He is wise in heart and mighty in strength– who has resisted him and remained safe?

They will undergo the penalty of eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his strength,
