TSK · 2 Samuel 3:1

Now the battle was very severe that day; Abner and the men of Israel were overcome by David’s soldiers.

David’s power grew steadily, for the LORD God of Heaven’s Armies was with him.

Rehoboam and Jeroboam were continually at war with each other.

Asa and King Baasha of Israel were continually at war with each other.

Haman then related to his wife Zeresh and to all his friends everything that had happened to him. These wise men, along with his wife Zeresh, said to him,“If indeed this Mordecai before whom you have begun to fall is Jewish, you will not prevail against him. No, you will surely fall before him!”

But the righteous man holds to his way, and the one with clean hands grows stronger.

They are sustained as they travel along; each one appears before God in Zion.
