TSK · Esther 9:10

Jacob’s sons killed them and looted the city because their sister had been violated.

You shall not bow down to them or serve them, for I, the LORD, your God, am a jealous God, responding to the transgression of fathers by dealing with children to the third and fourth generations of those who reject me,

Haman then recounted to them his fabulous wealth, his many sons, and how the king had magnified him and exalted him over the king’s other officials and servants.

Esther replied,“The oppressor and enemy is this evil Haman!”Then Haman became terrified in the presence of the king and queen.

The Jews who were in Susa then assembled on the fourteenth day of the month of Adar, and they killed three hundred men in Susa. But they did not confiscate their property.

This is the portion of the wicked man allotted by God, the inheritance that evildoers receive from the Almighty.

You destroy their offspring from the earth, their descendants from among the human race.

May his descendants be cut off! May the memory of them be wiped out by the time the next generation arrives!

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of respect, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if something is excellent or praiseworthy, think about these things.
